Big Pirate's trust score is still way…
Big Pirate's trust score is still way too high at 2.1. This site is garbage, they are a scam through and through. If you win, they will cancel your withdrawal and pretend to send you a refund.
If you gamble here, you will lose or they will refund you, there is ZERO chance of actually winning.
Edit: I did EVENTUALLY get a refund, but I had to fight them for over a month before they would issue it.
They have now flagged this review has harmful or illegal, but the only thing illegal is the illegal gambling operation that Big Pirate is running out of Cyprus. I have a feeling they are ran by the same people as LuckyZino, seeing as both sites show activity on my trustpilot review at roughly 6:30am CT and are both ran out of Cyprus. Stay far away from either of these companies, they are a scam.

Its a scam bro. Most spins are dead spins. I the event you do get ahead and win. They will put you through a endless loop of sudden verification. Veriffied account the minute I signed up. Had no problem depositing but as as I went to cash out it they wanted every document I have ever owned and even after its sent they will just ask for it again or in a different format.

Scam Casino - Cancelled Redemption, locked account
Everything seemed good from the start. Good welcome offers, cool claw mini game. Took my diamonds (SC) to my favorite games and put my winnings into a redemption. The next day, I wake up to a cancelled redemption and support asking for banking details. Okay no problem, here are the details to speed along the redemption. Oh my accounts locked? That’s weird. Support just giving me the same generic answer for the past 2 weeks that this is normal and to wait for them to review my account. Right…save your money everyone. They are stealing money and locking accounts if you’re winning.

i don’t understand the hate so far, yes i literally just found out about this site last night but i put in $10 turned it into $170 currently still have it and seeing if i can get it to $300, i’ll make an update what happens if i lose or i cash out and they give me my funds.

I see a lot of negative reviews so I was scared at first but I got the new players package and turned it to $300 and cashed out and took less than 12 hours to pay out! Very pleased with this site and love I got paid early even when said they don’t do withdraws on the weekend !

Avoid this site. I deposited a few hundred and wagered a significant amount on one specific slot that was part of the weekly slot of the week tournament. Site refused to pay out any winnings claiming lack of participation.

Just "meh"
So far, I'm not impressed. A lot of features feel clunky.
When I asked a question about playthrough, the representative didn't understand me and couldn't tell me how many diamonds I played through.
When I asked about document verification, I was told it could take 3 days.
The intro promotions/sales also don't stand out. I can't comment on redemption times, but the 3 day estimate on document verification is telling. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Bigpirate and likely won't be using this site after my first redemption.
Edit: Received first redemption of $158. They use the "wire transfer" option, resulting in another $15 fee (at the expense of the customer).
I would not recommend using this social casino site!
