Sorry, I made review the other day but cancelled when my already Coinflow linked bank account didn't work for redemption & my bank was blamed. Yesterday I established a new Coinflow connection with Discover bank & earlier this morning got same email from Big Pirate that it was processed & instead of the weekend time (within 2 days) it quoted me within 8 hours today. Took a nap, just woke up to $459 more in Discover. Customer service, Nico & another gentleman I cannot remember his name, both very kind & patient. So yea, great casino, 5 stars for so much game variety, tons of slots, tons of live table games! Big Pirate is a fantastic place for gamblers & excellent value for first time & returning gamblers!

For 2 months Ive tried to get verified. After the first attempt I tried again and my ID was gone so they made me upload it again. They says 3 days but thats not accurate at all... ive won several times yet I was never able to withdraw. Its a scam just dont play here!

So far it’s like any other social casino when it comes to wins/losses. My verification only took about a day, but I’m concerned with the redemption process. The use Plaid to connect your bank account but my bank is not supported with plaid. Waiting to hear back on other options so will update if that goes south. Eleanor in customer service was helpful.

Scam company. I was playing $25 per hand in Crash which is high risk and ended up winning money off the welcome bonus. I went through the process of verification and then they declined my redemption and closed the account for breaking the terms of service apparently. I would stay away from here. Everyone that works here is a POS and supports scamming customers. Absolute worst casino I’ve ever been a part of. This casino won’t last and I’m very happy about that.

I've been playing at Big Pirate since their launch and I've had a great time. The platforms unique in the way that they have mini games, and other unique ways of having fun and earning free spins, gold coins, and diamonds. Myself, I have won enough diamonds on two occasions now to cash out without having to even purchase any gold coins. And their customer support is always ready to help and is very knowledgeable and kind! Shout out to Braden from their live support for his insight into my recent redemption. I'm going to the concert this upcoming weekend and my winnings from Big Pirate are going to pay for my lodging!

BigPirate is an excellent sweeps casino. They have amazing new player package deals. The game selection is decent, could use a few more titles. The verification process and redemption process is a little on the slower side when compared to most sweeps casinos. However as a verified player at over 90 percent of all sweeps casinos I would rate BigPirate as a top tier number 1 in customer service sweeps casino. BigPirate has absolutely impressive 24/7 live customer service and they are there to help with any issue.

Takes forever to get verified still haven't been verified. Won around 400 but after days of waiting to get verified just played it back .Site is Weird and slow. Site has issues With controls freezing having to refresh page. Annoying Balance low notifications mid game. I imagine if you actually won and they paid out it would take weeks if you even get it.

They let me purchase two welcome packages, then when I tried to redeem my wins, they cancelled it and banned my account, stealing my money.

Braden was quick with responding and sped the process up for my redemption

Not sure why everyone is claiming they didn't get their redemptions? My first one was credited in 24 hours no extra verification needed. Fun site good game selection and the claw machine is a fun new aspect

Time to shut it down. Fraud Fraud FRUAD. stay away. Play through 1x after buying their package. Verification was quick. When its time to cashout they close your account and cancel redemption. They will tell you, you have broken their Terms and services. Im asking for a refund now but if not honored i will just chargeback and get it back that way. Stay away, and stop being broke Bigpirate. winners win, losers lose.

I had a big win. I have not been able to withdraw for weeks. I verified my account weeks ago. They haven't given me a reason for the delay, except for today, they finally responded.

They want me to verify my information again. (The information and documents were correct the first time)

Why? It is unclear. Probably, they don't have any money to pay me out so they are delaying until they get liquidity.

I reached out to another user on the website, and they are having the EXACT same experience.

They refused to verify me and closed my account while still owing me over $400. Most incompetent support team i have ever spoke to. Apparently my capital one credit card statement which clearly showed every detail about each transaction they wanted to verify was too difficult to comprehend.

I without doing my research on this place put money into it. I always now check out the information on a casino before actually putting money into it but without thinking I put 30$ into it and came out with 475$ it would have been more if I would have stopped playing and I started to get worried because I read the reviews on this place and they are not so good so anyways I put my redemption request in on the 11th and I received it yesterday on the 12th. I did have to push them on my verification but as soon as I spoke to customer service they pushed my verification info through and got verified really quick then I received an email saying that my withdrawal was approved and I got it the next day so I'm a happy camper. Don't know if I would play there again though just because of so many bad reviews. But my experience was Good 👍👍
