First time shopping with your online store the garment was perfect for me even though I’m unsure of buying online with out the ability to try on before purchasing

Billabong is an absolute disaster. There’s no order tracking, they charge you, then refund you, and then charge you again, which is extremely frustrating. There’s no customer service you can contact to file a complaint because everything is handled through automated responses, and you never get a real answer. I would not recommend them if you don’t want to risk losing your money.

Always good quality and price

I have filed multiple complaints about the wrong sized products received, but I'm getting no updates from the customer care team! No feedback on refund or returns!

Appalling customer service (or lack of). No way to speak to a person. All reviews are about the abhorrent service; you’d think they’d do something about it.

Good site to get solid surf clothing. Some time the product you ordered might not be available at time slection and packing. Otherwise I cannot fault the site.
