Have been with Bill Hero for many years and saved lots of this time period. No searching and comparing on the internet for hours. Last saving was $283 annual. With power prices increasing all the time this is a worthwhile to signup to.

I like the idea of outsourcing searches for better energy deals. On billhero's advice, I've now switched twice. My only issue was the first switch was to Powershop. Is it just me or is this company's billing method so complicated that it's impossible to grasp? On billhero's suggestion, I've now switched to Red Energy which seems simple and straightforward. Phew.

For the second month running I have been advised by Bill Hero to switch my plan to the plan I am already currently on and quoting an annualised saving of $268.09.
Save your $50 people and do your own research. It takes 15 minutes to enter the numbers into a spreadsheet and work out what is best for you.

So I contacted the Bill Hero support team as they requested to hopefully seek a resolution. They confirmed receipt of my email and two days later sent another email advising that my support ticket had been closed. No attempt at a resolution whatsoever.

Like I said, save your money and do your own research.

So easy I don't know why everyone does not use this service. It's saved me thousands and switching is easy even for a lazy person! Gas and electricity companies rely on you not shopping around for the best deal and make it hard to compare. This takes all the guess work out. It found me the best deal by far and I have swapped once more since then, based on their recommendation. I trust them to do the hard work because choice recommends them and because my experience has been outstanding.

Recommended by Choice Magazine. I have already saved well in excess of my expectations and this is a simple no fuss way to do it. I recommend Bill Hero without qualification.

Everything about BillHero is terrific. Have been a customer for at least 18 months and have saved me a fortune. Customer service are always quick to respond and guide me through my “technical issues” as I am definitely not tech savvy. So glad I found them and highly recommend them to all.

Great service. Independent from suppliers, they monitor my electricity bill for me for a very reasonable price of $49 per year. You can set the level of savings that you would consider switching suppliers and leave the rest to them!
Over the last 2-3 years they have saved me more than $1000 in electricity bills with a further $500 of savings from the current switch made yesterday.

If you are like me, making your own comparison of energy providers is frustrating and time consuming. I don’t understand the identification terms used in the industry or how to work out the “deals” according to my power usage. Enter Bill Hero to the rescue! Bill Hero does all that for me. I’ve saved hundreds of dollars by letting Bill make energy comparisons for me.

We have just renewed our subscription because we believe the annual fee is great value versus paying much more than you need to for electricity. Saves all your time too in trying to do the research yourself 👏👏

These guys are great, and their service is free for consumers. Down to earth, responsive, and approachable. Cannot fault.

We have been asking them for months to cancel our service/agreement due to many unacceptable issues. These included lack of response,communication. They continue to ignore emails and requests. Avoid.

Have had what appear good recommendations made, will wait for bills to confirm.
However communication is very poor and non existent if you ask to cancel.

Suggested savings are not real. IMO the advertising is deceptive and misleading. When challenged on this Richard Foxworthy was evasive and avoided taking action or responsibility.

Gas is too complex for busy consumers to do a comparative cost analysis, shame on the suppliers for the complexity, but Bill Hero saves me the grief.

Electricity is "milk from the same cow" so why pay more to all these parasitic billing companies.

Super easy company to deal with. Real savings made easy. Love the fact this is an independent fee for service product so i feel confident i am getting the best deal every month!

This is a great service. Contacting customer care can take a while but and delay is well worth it in savings.
