Hemsk kundservice verkligen. Undvik till varje pris!
Haft ett pågående Àrende i flera veckor nu genom företaget jag jobbar på. Varje gång man svarar i samma mailtråd så Àr det en ny person från Billie som svarar och som inte har en aning om vad det gÀller. De lÀser inte historiken heller.
Skickar inkassokrav på redan betalda fakturor trots lång kontakt. Skulle aldrig anlita Billie.

What went wrong
No.1 you demand £540 +, when amount should be zero as it was fully refunded by Alibaba trade assurance
No.2&3 I'm not going to pay until I receive my items from both companies, don't you think 6 weeks is a joke to wait, I have more than enough money to cover you damn bill of £350 thirty times over, but why should I? I think its time you speak to Alibaba, as ftom my side you can add as many late fees as you want because the only money you will be receiving i the cost or items.
