I did not realize I was signing up for a binder service. Therefore, I am not interested in this site and would like a refund.

Was prompt in resolving my issues and processin providing new with a refund. Very easy to reach work with and giving me a solution to my problem

Charged being made to my card were very unclear although I didn’t receive a refund customer service was quick answering back and gave some sort of explanation, I’m still waiting to see if I actually will receive item ordered

I was charged when I should not have been. I never signed up for it.

Website attempted to charge my card more than double what the payment screen said and Alero helped me!

5/8/26- Was charged over $60 for services i never heard of. Quick response by Claire to resolve the matter. Was informed payment won't be issued without a review, which is weird, but will update and change rating if I am actually reimbursed.
