I used Bindman & Co Solicitors for my purchase of a buy to let property which I almost lost on several occasions due to their neglect of my case. Claire Stanton was originally dealing with my case, but then went on holiday half way through which I was not made aware of - to make things worse, the Estate Agent informed me that hardly any work had been completed and the seller was going to pull out due to this (This was 6 weeks after my offer was accepted). I could never get through to them on the phone, they never returned phone calls. My case was passed around to multiple Agents at Bindman & Co solicitors who were providing me with conflicting information. The seller threatened to pull out a total of three times, over the course of the 14 weeks it took me to exchange contracts. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible stressful experience from start to finish. Total lack of communication, impossible to get hold of and never returned calls or replied to emails. I had no confidence in solicitors ability, making purchase extremely protracted. So pleased when we eventually completed as I never have to deal with them again.

Tried to get them to act for me and my younger brother think we were to poor to help as we get legal aid they will rarely help people and ask a lot of questions around your case before they even think about acting on your behalf bad experience being rejected

I have dealt with Claire Stanton & Les Bindman from Bindman & Co. They acted on many residential transactions & a commercial one also. They handled the cases smoothly and diligently and I am more than happy to recommend them.

Buying your first home is stressful and expensive and I've dealt with solicitors before who've made the whole procedure even worse.
