As of June 9, 2019 - If there is an option for zero-star rating, I would be more glad to give it to Binge. I experience a worst delivery and turn-around time with Binge. They don't care about the delivery timeline that they have set. Worst is, they offer an unrealistic delivery date + inefficient internal processes will definitely ruin your online shopping experience.

Update: As of 12 June 2019. This is an update regarding my order with Binge. The expected delivery date of the items I purchased was 29th-31st of May 2019. Today is 12th June 2019 and I still did not receive my order. I received an email though on 10th June 2019 that my order is being packed for final delivery. In such email, I was promised to receive the item on 11th June 2019. Today is already 12th of June and no delivery person shown up. Definitely, Binge will ruin your schedules and if you have urgent and important matters, dont bet your luck with Binge. You will definitely lose your memorable moments / planned activities due to their delay.

The item did not arrive. I wrote many times and called them, do not respond. Do not contact them.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I purchased an item that has been taking 3 weeks to arrive, and still has not arrived!. They do not answer calls, emails or the toll free number. This company is most likely a scam, so please avoid it, and even better report it to Consumer Rights AE.

Have been trying to reach the toll free no and also your agent/ distributor office land line but none of the same is working ,would like to know the status of my order as the no 129809 charged at AED 315.62 by Encoded Gen trading which was made thru the binge.ae website.
Appreciate if the team could revert to me as i had even mailed you and no proper responses .

I purchased an item on binge.ae on 10th of May. Initially, the delivery time was 20 May. On May 19, I clarified the status of the delivery and the support answered that the delivery will be on May 27. Today, no one has confirmed anything. Support is not responding. Access to account is not complete. The phone will not answer. Terrible online store. Waste time, do not fulfill commitments. I do not recommend to anyone.

Found a rare book. Price was great and delivery was on time.

I order something from them and I was skeptical at first because this is the first time, and they said it will be delivered on 16 May and it actually arrived one day earlier, and in a good condition.

I ordered crutch hand grips online from the US to Dubai through BINGE. Estimated time of delivery was 27th April, I received it on 22nd April. Delivered to my doorstep from Abu Dhabi. I was delighted as these were desperately needed for my daughter who was on crutches after surgery. Thank you BINGE for going the extra mile to get it to me quick. Will be ordering online from you again.

every time I send them a message they ignore it and never reply even my calls and my requested callbacks.
my order is was estimated to arrive between 11 Apr - 14 Apr and today is 19 Apr and it didn't arrive and they don't reply to my emails
last time they replayed they said it is going to arrive at their US facility on 11 Apr and when a called them last week the woman on the phone said it will arrive on Saturday (tomorrow from today {20 Apr}) but a day ago they replayed to me in the chat and said it is still in their US facility
how is it going to arrive on 20 Apr when it is still in their US facility right now?

They keep saying this week and it never come sometimes they say its in transit to USA warehouse.other email said your item is still processed from our seller in UK.
I regret to deal with this website.i have paid AED 212.64 for the item.checking now they change it AED 34 but out of stock.
I do not recommend binge its terrible.

Well despite of all the negative comments on this website. I will still go ahead and share my own personal/honest opinion. The timeline given for the delivery was anywhere between 8th - 11th April for one item and 10-13 April for the others. However, today 11/03 I received all my parcels at once. For me they were well within the time frame, which any consumer will appreciate. I personally had no issue with them in regards to my very first order. However, I believe they can surely improve on the time they require to deliver any particular item. So if you are someone who anticipate a quick delivery in 3days- a weeks time frame. In that instance, this online service might not serve you well. I also noted this website has some of the items which other online vendors do not sell. Thus, they are providing some extra service in that aspect. If you are patient enough to wait. I will recommend/use Binge.ae, it seems they have learnt from their past delays. Unless they prove me wrong, then I will make sure to leave a second review.

My order arrived this day, April 10. Yes, the parcel is very late. But I assure you, if you are patient you will like this online store.

•Hard to find items are available here. ALL of the items that I have trouble finding is here.
•Shipping fee is FREE.
•The courier is very kind. And will ensure that the item reaches you.
Reading all of the bad reviews, I kind of wanted to back-off.But I am so GLAD I gave it a try.
