There was a delay in the delivery and some difficulty in reaching the customer service. However, Sagar, one of the binge managers, did a great job in recovering the situation and personally delivered the items to my address. I will start using then more regularly and see how it goes..

Do not use this company EVER. I have ordered from so many different online vendors, and this is by far the worst one. They are so slow and unprofessional. I placed a SIMPLE order on February 12. It's almost 3 weeks later, and guess what--I STILL do not have what I ordered. The only positive reviews on here are probably from people who work for Binge lol. What a joke.

They will take your money and leave you waiting and waiting and waiting. Never will order from them again. Stick with the good ones like Souq.ae, Amazon, Ebay, etc. Binge isn't worth your money. Trust me!

UPDATE: Binge.ae contacted me to address my complaint. And to their credit, they refunded me 50dhs of what I paid. It's a shame that this type of customer service is not at the front-end of the customer experience instead of the end.

first they gradly took your money

then they come with excuse of not being able to ship what do they propose on their website, they delay and never stick to the timeline they provide.
they do not provide tracking information, they just pretend to send you email ( that i never seen)

that is an organized scam rip off.

NEVER EVER deal with this company, they are very bad, rude and unprofessional. I placed the order on 11 jan and was supposed to be delivered on 20th of jan, today is 6th of feb and the item is not delivered and no one answers the phone calls or replies to emails.
They will not allow you to cancel or get a refund. Just throw your money in the dust bin it is much easier with dealing with binge.

Avoid this company. Their customer 'service' - if you can even call it that - is terrible. They did not reply to my repeated attempts for information about my order (which is late by the way) and there is no way of knowing when or even if my order will arrive.

awful awful customer service. Helen in particular was a horrible agent to deal with. Apparently they do not have a manager and there are only 2 people in the team. The name of the manager - who is located elsewhere - cannot be given out. They are not allowed to provide names or contact details/emails of the managers - they can only be contacted by the staff via email. Customers can only complain to the admin team. Doesn't sound like a very professional company to me if losing a customer and a lucrative sale holds no value. Some products may be good but I would stay away.

I'm very disappointed and outraged by Binge stealing photos of products I handmade and I sell to my customers on Etsy. They even went as far as to steal all my photos and have a photo of me in their listing. Not once, not twice, but over 6 of my items are listed and over 60 photos (10 per product). Binge has no authority to sell my products and even worse they are ripping people off at a ridiculously high price.
Cease & Desist ASAP NOW

they buy items from artists on etsy and sell them to us in UAE 3 times more

search,you find items, specially handmade items on Etsy

this is why delivery is late!! nothing is in stock!! .you order first then they order it from poor artist and sell it to you 3 times more! go directly to the artist

I was suppose to receive my order from 17 aug - 20 Aug. today is 25 Aug still i did not receive. even today they are saying tomorrow or after tomorrow.

I was a bit skeptical when I first saw binge.ae pop up in a search result but decided to give them a go and bought some mason jars. The first purchase went well and have bought multiple items since them. I found a few products I was looking for a super prices.

Ordered CDs at low prices, arrived earlier than expected. These items are hard to find here in UAE, so I took the risk of ordering in binge.ae even though they do not offer COD as mode of payment. So far, I am happy. I just gave 4 stars because one cd case is broken and they dont have COD, but in general, I'm a satisfied customer. I will order again.

They provided the item on time.

I ordered on June 6 2018 and received my order on 22 June 2018 after making calls and chatting on website.
The most important thing is I didnt received my complete order. 1 item was missing worth AED 174. 8 had contacted on the given number but no one picks the call.

What I love most about binge is that it’s a vessel that transports your desires, your needs and your cravings. It does so, so brilliantly and effectively both your wallet and your time will thank you. Great platform! :)

bought a couple of leather craft tools from the site, must say if it was not for this site i would not have them because none of the other so to say popular websites had such listings!
