I have never dealt with a company who are so willing to help resolve a silly mistake that I made when placing my order. I ordered three items and didn’t realise one was personalised and would take 2-4 weeks. When I realised the mistake Brielle and her team went above and beyond to resolve the situation and ensure that I had a beautiful gift that I needed urgently. Thank you so much for all your help and I will be back! Cannot recommend this business highly enough 🤩

Customer service response time was very poor.Order came late and no notification or order updates were received. Also wrong order sent to us, and yes we understand that they changed the chain recently, but let us know before as we may not be happy
with it or change the image on the website, since we clearly ordered this product for the chain.

The jewellery is so pretty!! Such an affordable option for good quality jewellery. I did have an issue with a bangle, but the same day I emailed to query it, they offered to send a replacement. Such good customer service :) will be ordering over and over again!!

A load of crap. Bought a necklace from them back in November, wore it for the first time in January for it to then tarnish 3 months later. They sent a replacement piece out for that to also do the same 2 months later!! After sending my complaint through to them, they advised there was nothing they could do as they’d already sent out a replacement and they would be at a loss?????? They advised when sending out my new necklace back in April it would never tarnish. What a load of shit do not buy from these they are a load of cheap shit.

I can’t recommend Binky Belle highly enough. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

I originally emailed with a query about an item and, unbeknownst to us, it turned out to be faulty. As soon as they realised there was an issue, they followed up straight away and immediately offered to replace it without any hassle. They also kept us updated throughout, including letting us know about any delays, which was really appreciated.

Most importantly, their jewellery is beautiful. Every piece is so pretty, excellent quality, and really lasts. Because of both the quality of their products and the amazing customer service, I always choose to buy jewellery from Binky Belle whenever I can.

It’s so refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

The jewellery speaks for itself from binky belle. I have had so many compliments from the pieces I wear.
They are 100% tarnish proof and water proof been wearing my bangles and necklaces in the shower no problem.
I love jewellery and have been a repeated customer in such a short space of time because I feel I am getting a bargain every time.

I have bought from some other companies that cost triple the price of binky belle and can honestly say there is no difference except binky belle giving us ladies and gents great quality for more than half the price.

If you worried or hesitant please trust me that you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered my sister a personalised necklace for her birthday…is did take a little while to come but that makes sense with something personalised, the packaging was beautiful, the necklace very pretty and was exactly what I ordered. There was even an extra little bracelet in there which my 1 year old daughter has claimed and loves. Very quick response from Natalie (owner?) when I emailed with an enquiry after purchasing. Overall a lovely little business and politely managed.

i was gifted 2 bangles for mothers day .i told my girls what i wanted well i wish i had not used this company the bangles have come of ( undone themselfs countless times )have nearly lost them.i love the look but obviously a fault if they come undone so easy wont be using binkybelle again.
update the company reached out to me i was very happy about this excellent customer service after they seen my review. they have sent me replacement bangles i have put them straight on and will be hoping the issue was just the 2 bangles i originally received. we wait and see .but cannot fault the customer service excellent. so have changed the stars and will come back in a mth to update .all still ok.

Absolute shite says it’s silver and does not tarnish but my necklace was black after a couple times of wearing it. Very expensive for a load of fake shein crap. Definitely do not recommend to anyone. Put the necklace straight in the bin! Wasted about £60 on jewellery from here.
