Simple ordering and delivery process with lots of communication and instructions on usage as well as how to return the machine. Birthease are super reliable and my Tens machine was invaluable in labour - thank you!

This was the second time I used Birth-ease for TENs hire. Brilliant service each time and returning the machine is made so easy and convenient- just what's needed in the days following birth! The reminder email was also very helpful- again definitely welcome in those busy, tiring days.

Great service, had my tens machine delivered only 4 days after ordering - luckily just before my labour started! Product helped with focusing through contractions, and sending back after hire was easy. Would definitely hire again for any future pregnancies.

Hired a Tens machine. Was delivered quickly and came exactly as described. Was simple to post back using the provided envelope once finished with which was great with a new baby to think about.

Clear guidance upon arrival of how to use the tens machine. Everything that was needed was supplied. The tens machine itself worked well for the start of labour and returning the machine was simple due to the ore paid postage bag. This is the second time I have hired a tens machine from Birth Ease. I would recommend 100%! It has got me through 2 labours (one slow and one very fast) and was easy to take off/reapply after being in the birthing pool. I see lots of people buying tens machines...but please hire them! Why would you want extra plastic in your house that you may only use once and then need to re-sell. The hiring and sending back process is soo straightforward.
