The tens machine from Birthease worked really well to help in labour. The ordering process weeksnin advance, instructions for use via email and instruction leaflet, and free returns process was great value for money. Everything was packaged well and in working order. It was also clear when I would need to return the machine by and considering I went to 42weeks, I felt the time allowed was sufficient.

It helped me during labour.

Great service, quick delivery and easy return!

Very good service and communication, I had an email to check the expected delivery date would be ok because it was close to a bank holiday weekend. It came in the post quickly. It worked well and all parts were in the package, with a free postage bag to send back.

I was really happy with Birthease. The package arrived around 36 weeks, as expected. The TENS had batteries in it plus a spare pair that we didn’t need to use despite me using the TENS machine constantly over two full days and nights. The machine itself seemed to be really good quality and I found it so useful during labour. The instructions were clear and easy to use and Birthease allowed sufficient time to return the package, the whole process was seamless, I would use again and recommend to anyone.

I ended up having a planned C-section birth so didn’t use the TENS machine I hired after all! However, the ordering, delivery and returns process was extremely straight forward. The machine arrived really quickly and was as advertised with easy to read instructions and all accessories included. I would recommend to other mums to be!

The instructions on how to use the TENS machine were really clear and straightforward. Having not used it for my first birth and being able to compare to the second, I can attest to the TENS being very useful for pain relief - more so in the early stages of Labour than in the later.

Hired a TENS machine for my second birth. Shipping was on time and everything was clean and ready to use. The boost button made it really simple to switch modes when a surge started and it helped enormously.

Good communication and helpful instructions provided

The TENS machine was so helpful for pain relief during Labour. It came in plenty of time with very straightforward instructions on how to use and send back. Unfortunately soon after Labour I was hospitalised with mastitis which delayed our return of the machine, they were very understanding and extended our deadline for the return which we are so grateful for. Those first few weeks as parents for the first time is crazy alongside hospital again was just too much to sort out the machine! But so glad we got an extension and friendly communication.

My tens machine arrived so quickly and efficiently with really simple instructions on how to use.
I’d highly recommend paying the extra £ for the spare pads, as if labouring for a while and getting in and out of water means you have to take them off and on again, they do slightly lose their ‘sticky’.
