Reasonable price and very good service. I received the Tens machine in plenty of time and was given everything I needed to send it back. Due to personal circumstances I was late in sending the machine back but Cathy was very understanding

Amazing service really helped through labour

Delivery was as directed around my due date, the instructions were easy to follow and testing the equipment was easy. I wore the machine for about 16 hours, active labour for me was very short and so I had no time for any pain relief, I kept the tens on and it got me through the birth of our first born. Everything to send the machine back was included, I’d happily hire again 🙂

Such a great company and product , and brilliant straight forward service. All communication is clear and timely and both delivery and return service was straight forward and efficient. This is the 2nd time using the TENS machine and found it really helpful in labour.

I rented a Tens machine and delivery was quick. New batteries for the machine was also included. No problems with using the machine. Returning the machine was super easy, came with a pre-paid bag to return the machine in. Quick acknowledgement of receipt as well.

I bought a few bits during pregnancy and was always really impressed with the service so when I decided to hire a tens machine I knew where to come. The whole process was so easy and reliable and I hadn’t realised how much of a life saver the tens would be - it got me through 48 hours of early labour alone and I continued using it alongside the gas and air until the very later stages of my birth. The process of returning it was so easy too with the paid returns envelope and being able to arrange for royal mail to get it from our front door! I could maybe have done with a week longer to return as my baby was nearly 2 weeks late but it was all fine. Thank you!

Tens works really well for me, it helps loads in the first stages of labour. I’ve used tens for all 3 of my babies. Couldn’t recommend enough.
