The loudspeaker does sound good, I’m tempted to get another!

A novice in the world of DJ'ing and Karaoke but I found these BISHOP's and I believe I've latched on to my Mecca. The BISHOP B01152A and they pack the quality in every direction, lightweight, quality, loaded with all necessary fittings fixtures, plus a few quality additional let me covers and the wheels, against Mackie Thump and Alto I've finally found the product I'm going to work with for the distant future.

First off Andrew is extremely helpful and always replies and I love this personal touch from a company as you always feel in safe hands.
Secondly the Drivers I bought just amazed me!!! You will not find drivers like these anywhere for twice the price. These are not cheap drivers either. With incredible build quality, impressive specs ( and I believe them after installing them ) and just good looking drivers if your into that sort of thing.
I ordered a pair of the 12" drivers to upgrade my Yamaha dbr12s but like a Wally it was an impulse buy and I didn't check the impedance!! I still popped them in and the sound was clearly better with butter bass response and smoother miss. I did however lose a few DB due to the drivers being 8ohm and not 4ohms as needed. I then thought I would pop the driver out of my Alto ts312 sub which is rated at 1000w RMS. I am aware with active cabs that the amp plate is always more than the driver but I would still imagine a 600w driver inside. When side by side they are pretty close but the bishop driver just looks more solid with a larger voice coil. The dust cap is also larger and with a thicker cone. I then put some power through them and it kept pumping out and no clip light in side. I can't wait to see the results at a gig and see how they compare to the Alto drivers but so far so good. This wasn't my original plan as I didn't think they would have enough steam for my subs but I'm presently surprised at there performance.
My future projects include an 18" Subwoofer but if the active 18" bishop cabs use the same drivers which they sell separately ( more than likely ) then I will just buy them as absolutely nothing comes close at £599 with a 1000w driver.

Just purchased a BPK4 Amplifier and I have to say its Better than I was expecting very pleased I was unsure that something so light could pack the punch I looking for but it did and it did it very well thanks again Bishopsound for all your advice and help

Just received a pair of these, which are intended to be used for band PA work as satellite speakers with an active sub. From initial testing the clarity of these speakers is outstanding and will be ideal for vocals, but are also working excellently with music playback. Looking forward to road testing them this weekend!
