E-decks cheat customers
E-decks who are associated with Kennigs Buildings, advertise on the internet low prices but when you go to order them the price has increased or they are out of stock - I thought it was illegal to do this they have been reported to Department of Trade and I will never trade with them again.

None of the phone number are in service any longer (03331230404 & 02089608989) they do not response my emails which was sent to (hello at decks.co.uk).i even try to contact them at facebook and had no response there either.

DO NOT USE
Placed an order over four months ago - did not inform me that the products I had purchased could not be obtained from their supplier, so were quite prepared to keep the money without providing the product. Never answered telephone calls - AVOID!

I'm sorry to learn that your order for some spare tonearm clips has left you dissatisfied with the service provided.
Having reviewed your order timeline I can see that your initial enquiry was made on 8th March, we contacted you again on April 12th because the T62 turntable had been superseded by a MK2 version and warned that we might struggle to obtain the part you needed.
Despite our warning we received your payment on April 25th and have been chasing our supplier for the spare tonearm clip weekly since - unfortunately it seems that our fears regarding supply of the spare part were correct and we are unable to obtain them. We issued a refund on July 13th - could you confirm you've received this by emailing me using gavin@decks.co.uk please?
