All good with good comms to advise rough and more accurate ETA. Small point- didn't expect to have to unpack the cabinet and dispose of packing when "installation included ". They did say they would do it but their faces told a different story!

Overall good, the delivery team were first rate.

Item arrived damaged...... so why the 5 stars?
Because of how it was dealt with.
The chaps that delt with the delivery unwrapped the item, saw the damage, took pics then rung it in. Left saying it should be sorted within a week.
A phone call to apologise and that a replacement on its way(after being checked).
Item arrived, no damage and most of all no stress having to sort it out myself.😀

The product is really good. Delighted with the colour. Delivery was a little tricky to organise, because they could only deliver on set days, so I had to pull a neighbour in to help, but they rang me 1/2 hour before they arrived so it was easy to set up.

Good company to deal with, great communication, would happily use again.

The delivery was punctual and the guys unwrapped the filing cabinets which was very helpful.

The only reason for not giving this a five is that the filing cabinets took longer to order than I expected.

Needed replacement keys for filing cabinets. It was easy to find what I required on the webpage and my order arrived quickly once placed.

Customer services are very quick and helpful. I needed a few parts to repair a cabinet myself (I'm a maintenance guy of sorts already), they knew exactly what I needed. Very pleased with them.

Excellent service and product. Staff on the telephone were very good friendly and helpful - I think Andrew was one of the staff I spoke to who was exceptional

Decent product. A bit expensive. Badge wasn't on straight. Long lead time.
