Following up on my previous review and the response from Graeme (who couldn’t even get my name right). We returned the shelves as discussed in October 2021. We are still waiting for our refund.

Shocking service. Ordered a filing cabinet mid-November, still not delivered, and they don't know what's going on. Keep getting emails saying 'sorry about all this' but they can't tell me when we will get the goods. Wouldn't ever order anything from them again.

I started with one set of 10 drawers, I now have 3 sets plus a bookcase. Perfect furniture for keeping my craft and office chaos down to a minimum. You have to be prepared to wait a while for the colour you want to be sprayed to order, but I've been very happy with all the items I have received. Recommended.

Website said the filing cabinet I needed was in stock. Also called before ordering just to make sure and was assured stock was available so placed my order. Later received an email saying the warehouse had a stock error but that I could have another colour which was in stock (fair enough) so I agreed and received a further email confirming everything was in hand. On the morning of expected delivery I emailed for an estimated delivery time and was advised the delivery partner had no stock left? Really annoyed, especially as I checked before ordering and was later assured everything was in hand.

I ordered a classic 2 drawer filing cabinet in alaska blue. What a stunning piece of office furniture! The staff were really helpful and it looks gorgeous in my office.

Very highly recommended!

We ordered from another supplier (Furniture@Work) in August and they mucked up big time (see my review) and left us in the do-dos with our client.

Phoned Bisley Direct and spoke to Graeme who is our absolute hero! He pulled the cat out of the bag and supplied what we needed in record time, at a competitive price and with excellent communication

Ordered replacement keys for my filing cabinet which did not work. There is no refund. Use an alternative site if you need keys.

Really good service, very impressed with delivery. I was given help to unpack and place the set of drawers that I ordered.

Genuinely helpful reps on "chat", I had lots of questions over measurements over a few weeks because this cabinet was a little difficult to source. It's possibly in a range considered a bit old fashioned now but it was the correct one to go with the other 7 I have had for about 16 years in my practice. Not a particularly fast delivery but that was not an issue - I'm just glad there's more room for patient notes and they're not rammed tight, it's not such a fight to take an individual file out or squeeze it back in!!

Really easy to order. Shipped quickly. Pleased I can now lock my filing cabinet without having to replace the lock! Would definitely recommend to others.
