The product was good and was delivered on time .The delivery men were very helpful and carried it up to the second floor without complaining. It was bery heavy!

This is the first time I have used Bisley direct and they performed exceedingly well, answering my questions by return and delivering the goods for me next day before 11am on payment of an extra £10.00 fee.
Well worth the money and a great experience dealing with the company.

An excellent service from placing the order to receiving the goods. The salesman was very helpful and advised on best options for my drawer units, communication from Bisley regarding both the order and delivery times was good. Delivery was made within the specified time and men were both cheerful and efficient. They removed all packaging and located all items in the required areas. Would not hesitate to use Bisley again.

Instructions to look at delivery and not to accept damaged items. The delivered box was damaged but I was not allowed to check inside unless I had signed for it. Took a chance and signed, the item inside was packed again and undamaged. Product was exactly what I was looking for.

I recently ordered two sets of filing cabinet keys. When they arrived, the keys did not fit the locks. After several emails back and forward providing photographs of the keys not fitting the locks as requested by Bisley Direct, the company said the cabinets were old and obsolete, hence the keys did not fit. I contended that their ordering system did not state an age range for cabinets, but the company refused to issue a refund. I am disgusted with the lack of customer service and lack of goodwill on their part. I had genuinely ordered the keys at considerable cost - £23.98 - only to find the goods useless and the company unwilling to refund.

Later, I ordered replacement keys through a different company. The keys arrived and unfortunately, they did not fit either. However, the company was very apologetic and immediately refunded the costs to me without the need to return them.

I would recommend avoiding Bisley Direct Online at all costs, as they have zero customer service, and wasted my time in sending them lots of photos and emails over several weeks, knowing that they had no intention of refunding the cost to me. I am disgusted with them, and would recommend to steer well clear. Get your replacement keys elsewhere instead, for courteous, timely service and better value for money.

Bisley Direct claim in their reply to my review that they were considering a refund. This is not the case. I returned the keys by post as requested by my credit card company, to have funds credited back to my account. The keys apparently were not received by BisleyDirect who have since contested the credit card company for crediting back the cost to my account. Poor show! My credit card company have since confirmed that they will honour the credit payment they have given me, acknowledging the time and trouble I have taken to be reasonable with this company.

Arrived slightly ahead of the estimated date in good condition, and for a good price. Bisley quality speaks for itself.

These cabinets are very expensive and in reality not that well made. They are quite flimsy for the money and the drawers don't even line up in some cases. Two out of four cabinets had the Bisley badge missing and the two were missing a little black wheel from the front of the cabinet. Ordering and delivery was very good apart from the fact that the delivery people left 3 marks on a newly painted wall! Basically, not really worth the money.
UPDATE. A quick and helpful reply from Bisley Direct following this review. Issues resolved promptly with genuine concern. As a result I have upgraded to 4 stars.

Great product at a great price. The delivery service from Furdeco was excellent. We would definitely use Bisley Direct/Ebonium again for our office storage equipment.

The price was comparable with major high street stationers, and delivery was via an excellent courier (DPD), with communication the day before and on the day itself.

Customer service representative wasn't helpful and the delivery men complained they couldn't get the cabinet up the stairs because it was too heavy. In the end, we had to spend an extra £50 to get someone to carry it up!

Needed a replacement key for my filing cabinet that was lost in our house move. Easy to use website, good value for money and the key arrived quickly and works.

All the products I have bought from Bisley have been high quality, sturdy and with excellent finish. A couple of areas could be improved however. First, delivery time is far too long - several weeks is not acceptable - one week would be OK. Secondly a couple of niggles about assembly. The knobs on the doors are fixed by a screw. Either the knobs are not tapped deep enough or the screws to attach them are too long but there are always occasions where it is impossible to tighten the knob. Fortunately standard thread screws are used and I have been able to substitute shorter ones. The other niggle concerns the desk unit. A pair of bracing struts are provided. It turns out that the holes for fixing these to the aluminium uprights are not present on both sides of the uprights. This means you have to get the uprights the right way round else the holes will not be there. All the other holes in the uprights are duplicated so for building the rest of the unit the uprights can be any way round. Unfortunately the bracing struts are not fitted until the end so you do not find this out until you have built 99% of the unit.
