Bizzi Growin レビュー

Ordered a carrier from here, over a week later and the label had not updated saying Royal Mail were waiting to collect this. I contact and receive a reply the next day saying they will send me another one, fab! Next day rolls round and I email again to confirm if this has been sent as I needed it for the Sunday (this was the Thursday) they then say no, but they will send the following day 24h tracked. Okay, great! The carrier then arrived on Saturday in the wrong color. I sent them pictures of this and explained that given I needed it for the following day I had to use it. I expressed my disappointment and they cordially replied that I could return it for the correct colour. When I replied back asking for clarification as to if this was an option as I had had to use it as I had previously explained I received no response. The email could have at least been dignified with a response but I doubt it will be due to the fact that they would have to rectify the mistake or tell me to lump it with a carrier I waited two weeks for, arrived in the wrong colour and had to chase twice.
For me, when spending this amount of money, although I fully accept accidents happen, I shouldn’t have to chase to seek a good standard of customer service or for them to rectify the mistake.

The best costumer service I came across 🌟 and our sling is just beautiful :)

This was bought as a Christmas gift so we haven’t used it yet. I can say that it is beautifully boxed and arrived in no time at all.

Really impressed with speed of delivery. Ordered Thursday and arrived this morning (Saturday). Carrier feels lovely and absolutely beautiful packaging. I’m only knocking a star off as I specifically asked this company on instagram in this carrier was suitable for newborns and they said yes but it definitely doesn’t seem like it would be safe for newborns due to the size. Probably won’t use till 2-3 months so will need to purchase an additional carrier suitable for newborns.

Great quality carrier, material is lovely. It’s easy to use on your own and adjust. Quick delivery

I came across this brand in an article by Daily Mumtra as I wanted a carrier that was similar to Artipoppe’s without the price tag. I’m glad to say that I was not disappointed.

It’s a very comfy carrier, baby loves to be in it, it’s aesthetically pleasing and machine washable. I also love the fact it’s British and based in the Greater Manchester area. I liked the product so much that I purchased a second one. I’ve received many compliments from other mums, therefore I’d be happy to recommend this brand to anyone.

The reason why I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because I’ve found prices have gone up twice in four months, which I personally found a bit much. The Nomad air is now £105 when only a few weeks ago was £89.99 and in July £79.99.

Great product and brilliant customer service.
We recived a bizzi growins changing bag at our baby shower and have been unable to find one of the stroller straps. Searched everywhere online with no luck so we popped them a message on FB asking where we where able to purchase and got a reply instantly offering to send new ones out 😊

Great customer service

Great product, fast customer service reply and quickly delivery. Carrier is super comfortable to wear and baby loves it too. Superb quality. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I received an email saying to enjoy my product I ordered it on the 12th October, I’m still yet to receive it.
I’ve emailed the company and I’ve had nothing back.
I’ll email them again today it’s a lot of money for the product to not get any information at what’s going on and not to get it.

Beautiful product and super quick delivery. 5 stars from me!

Absolutely fantastic carrier! So comfortable, easy to use, and of course, very stylish. Been using it since my daughter was 3 weeks old. Shes 8 weeks now and loves being in it. It’s now an essential, that I use daily. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s incredible quality. Very reasonably priced. Comes in such a cute little carry/dust bag. So easy to transport around. I always keep it in the buggy basket. Ready to go at a minutes notice. Literally goes on in seconds. Don’t sleep on this product. It’s amazing!

Quick delivery, bag is exactly as expected. Love it!

My absolute go to for any family or friend baby gift! Beautiful designs and amazing quality - perfect when you need something special for a special little someone! Would highly recommend.

Great products, fast delivery and great customer service when I had a query. Will defiantly be returning.

amazing quality, fast shipping

The carrier is great quality, so comfortable and the videos on the website make it dead easy to get the carrier on.
I’ve got the Orca pattern and have received many compliments, including from someone with an Artipoppe. Works well for me as someone with a shorter torso, larger waistband and little baby, where the Ergobaby wasn’t quite suiting me. Highly recommended. Really good customer service, too.

Love my baby carrier, easy to use and looks great! I just wish it came with a travel bag!!

I love my baby carrier! Thank you! Now I can carry her around with me and go on lovely walks 🩷

The quality is excellent, and the carrier feels very sturdy and safe. Would highly recommend. Might even treat myself to another one!

Absolutely love my Bizzi Growin baby carrier. I have used it countless times since having my baby boy back in May. We have taken it everywhere, long walks, overseas, train journeys, you name it I’ve used it! We prefer to babywear at nap times so has come in really handy having 3 other children to tend to. Very comfortable to wear & super easy to put on. I recommend to anyone who is on the fence on which sling to buy as I know they won’t be disappointed… now knowing me I just need another print to add to my collection. AMAZING product.

Bizzi growing has become my first port of call for baby gifts for my friends and family. Really lovely quality items and different from what you can find elsewhere. The bags that turn into a little bed are genius, I only wish they were around when my own children were babies. Always fast delivery and great service, highly recommend.
