Just wishing for some of the old products to return - the one pound tape dispenser, the his and her hooks etc. Loved given them away as gifts.

Choice of DPD as a courier is poor - they delivered my items to a different set of flats and had my personal details including mobile printed on the label.

No note through my door - got a random call from someone in the other set of flats who found the parcel on the floor and called to arrange pick up.

Bought one glass carafe, loved it and bought another! Much better looking than the plastic filter jugs, only (small) downside is having to wait 1hr+ for the water to filter, but that's why I bought another one : )

Lovely carafe and the replacement lids arrived quickly after ordering. Note to self...don't microwave the lids...it makes them more brittle and likely to breakage.

Seven days later and i'm still waiting for my order to be dispatched, it was held back for "security reasons" what ever they might be ???????? The product has been recommended to us hopefully the wait will have been worth while. might buy via Amazon next time .......

Goods were accurately described and seem to work. Delivery on time and well packaged.

I bought the ice tray/bottle which was delivered promptly with no problem. The cap is not water tight, which is not too much of a problem as the bottle is designed such that the cap is above the water level, but it means that water can spill out when you are handling it before putting it in the freezer. A very expensive item for what it does. You are probably paying for the 'artistic' design.
