Really beautiful and pretty lingerie…
Really beautiful and pretty lingerie which my wife loves, I bought it to replace a bra I had dyed blue in the wash... Doh. She loves it, says it fits perfectly, gives her the boost she wanted, says it is very comfy and loves the design. Good website, easy to order and arrived nicely packaged and promptly, well done and thanks

The very best on-line retailer
Obviously the quality of the items purchased. But also the speed of delivery.
The choice of items in your 'catalogue' is huge and surely accommodates every taste or whim.

Item never arrived
Item was supposed to be delivered in 2 working days; it’s now 8 working days later and the parcel is apparently on its way back to DPD. No contact, no item, no sign of a refund.

We are deeply sorry to hear that your parcel has not been delivered as expected and that you have yet received any updates or a refund. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be for you, and we want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously.
We understand that receiving your purchase on time is important and that the delay in delivery has caused inconvenience. Unfortunately, as DPD is an independent service and Black Alice Lingerie cannot impact the service quality provided by DPD. It's completely out of our control, We do apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this has caused, and we understand how disheartening this can be.
Please know that we are doing everything we can to rectify the situation, and we would like to take full responsibility for the delay in delivery.
Our customer service team is ready to assist and make it right. We value your patronage and apologize for any inconvenience this delay has caused. Your refund is on its way.
