Hi Hannah,
Thanks for your honest review.
It's unacceptable to stay satisfied with a piece of lingerie that doesn't fit you flawlessly.
That's why we created a return policy that allows our customers to return purchased items, no-questions-asked, within 365 days for a full refund.
Thus we already went ahead and fully refunded your order. You should've received a notification about it and how to complete the return process. There is only one simple step left.
We're looking forward to seeing you shopping with us again.

Hi Rose,
Thanks for your honest review.
Unfortunately, mishaps happen. During delivery, packaging and its content might get dirty, dusty, wet, shaken too much, or simply smashed. Hence, in 0.001% of cases, shipping may go wrong. Nothing is protected against natural elements and physics ⛈
Still, we hope you also appreciated our no-question-asked, full refund for the item that we've issued you instantly after you contacted us 😊
We're looking forward to seeing you shopping with us again.

Hi Sinisa,
Thank you for the honest review.
We're happy to hear that our service met your expectations. But as you stated, delivery of your order got delayed. Indeed, the last few weeks were a bit hectic for everyone (new strain of Coronavirus, UK-France borders closure, Britain officially leaving the EU, etc.) and logistic companies mostly. We still hold ourselves accountable for not managing your expectations during these unfortunate coincidences.
We're looking forward to seeing you shopping with us again.

Hi Susanne,
Thank you for the review. We're happy to hear that our service met your expectations, at least partially.
Unfortunately, we have to admit that the last few weeks were a bit hectic for everyone (new strain of Coronavirus, UK-France borders closure, Britain officially leaving the EU, etc.). These unfortunate coincidences caused some stock issues, and, hence, we couldn't fulfil all items from your order. Hopefully, as we advance the situation improves and we, as usual, continue providing excellent service by offering 10,000 lingerie styles with next day delivery.
We're looking forward to seeing you shopping with us again.

Hi Christian,
Thank you for the feedback.
Indeed, the part of your delivery got stuck in the unfortunate backlog of 6000 lories at Dover. We hope that the situation gets resolved within the following days.
We hope that this issue didn't affect your plans, though. Looking forward to seeing you shopping with us again.
