Very happy with purchase although returns could be simpler
Very happy with purchase, although I did have to return an Item because it ran too big for me.
I was happy enough to return the item, I just found it was a bit of a hassle to do so.
There was no paperwork with my delivery, nor a purchase confirmation email so I had to send a message through the website, and then wait on their response.
The website has no instructions for returns, hence why I had to message them directly to request this service.
Because I did not receive a confirmation email, I was lucky that my customer order number was written on the postage box, otherwise I don't know whether they would have had a job of locating me as a recent customer?.
Luckily I had not discarded the packaging.

Hi Freek,
Thanks for your feedback 👍
That's pleasing to hear that you enjoyed our fast worldwide shipping. We do strive to provide speedy shipping, up to 24 hours, so that you or other customers could plan their special moments spontaneously anytime.
Unfortunately, mishaps happen, as humans work in our warehouses and in 0.01% cases orders might get astray😉 Still, we do hope you also appreciated our no-question asked, 100% money-back guarantee and free returns within Europe.
We're looking to seeing you shopping with us again and enjoying fast deliveries, high-quality lingerie and hassle-free returns.
