The ease and simplicity of ordering, my local tire shops are like me retiring and closing, I’ve always had a manual tire machine and bubble balancer , so I ordered up a set of Ironman 2 AS tires they arrived 5 days later, and I’m just installing them now , one tire a day, just to keep busy.
Thanks for your business to keep me from spending money on dismounting, mounting and balancing and disposing of my old tires, local landfill accepts those for free to recycle. ♻️

Next day delivery plus customer service as I had lost my way through the web page and was able to call and get everything straightened out.

The website is easy to negotiate. The personnel is very helpful and friendly.

I was happy with the tires I purchased, however, I found the same tires for less on another website and Blackcircle would not honour their price match guarantee even though I provided the necessary information. This is not the way a customer should be treated and as far as I'm concerned, they are advertising false information on their website in regards to their price match guarantee. I was extremely happy with the installer who installed the tires on my wheels.

Since I can't reply to your response, I will add it here. I provided your people with screen shots of the tires from the website of the company offering them at a lower price, which was very explainator, what else is needed? Proof right from their webpage showing the cost they sell the tires for. I was told this was not sufficient. The person I was talking to could have gone on the website I mentioned to her to see for herself the screen shots I provided her were real. I did email her back asking why the info I provided was not acceptable and she did not respond back to me. Not great customer service.

Cheaper than most by few hundred dollars for 4 tires that costed about 2.1k. Received new tires but with almost 2 years old DOT. Delivery left it on Partly snow covered driveway without any covers and without even ringing the bell.
Not sure it was worth to buy from this place . Would have been a better choice to buy from Costco or local shop by checking for a more recent DOT tires. The cost savings not worth getting a 2 yr old manufactured tires

Sure, their policy is to take back tires 3 years old and up. Mine were 8 weeks shy of 3 years (date code 1723). They will soon be three years old by the time I install them.

Black Circles offered no resolution to the issue.

As my tires are always replaced due to age and not wear, these are a big disappointment.

I ran into the situation where I had a nail in one of my winter tires that could not be repaired. It was urgent that I replace my tire since it was too early to put my summer tires on. It is not easy to buy a winter tire in March! I originally bought my winter tires with Blackcircles, so I went back on their website and found my tires.
Within less that 48 hours after I placed my order, my tire was delivered to my home! I had an incredible service from the Blackcicles personnel, thank you!

This company was fast in delivery and very cost competitive. Got my tires in a few days delivered to my door. No issues!

Shopping for tires online is so simple on their website. The option to have the tires shipped to a local garage and installed for a reasonable price. No need to load them into the car and bring to the garage. I highly recommend this company.

If you wanna buy tires at the best price and have them arrive at your door, blackcircles is hard to beat. But any trouble along the way, and you'll likely be frustrated with their support.

I live in Central Canada and ordering tires from blackcircles half the country away was cheaper and easier that buying from Canadian Tire or Kal Tire 20 minutes away. They had what I wanted in stock and much cheaper. It wasn't even close, and I will do business with them again.

Ordered tires, here the next day. Great service. When ordering tires, the price was higher than originally posted. However, they honoured the original price no questions asked. I will be using these guys on my next purchase.

Great experience overall. The website is easy to use, prices are competitive, and delivery was fast. Ordering tires online and sending them directly to a garage for installation made the process very convenient.

Unbeatable price on my Bridgestone Blizzak tires! Great selection as well. Only complaint is I had to pay for shipping and I'm in the GTA. Especially spending over $1000 you'd expect it to be free!
