I was able to complete and pay for an order on BlackCircles.ca for an item that was later confirmed to be not in stock. At no point during checkout was there any indication that the item was backordered or unavailable.

I was only informed after payment that the product was not available. For an online retailer, accurate inventory visibility is fundamental, and this experience significantly undermined my confidence in the reliability of their ordering system.

If stock availability or lead times had been clearly disclosed before purchase, I would not have placed the order. Transparency at checkout is essential, especially for customers making time‑sensitive decisions. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about relying on inventory information shown on this website.

I ordered my tires, and they arrived at my door the next day. You can't do any better than that!

We are very pleased with the experience we had buying tires with Blackcircles.ca. The website was super easy to use and the best part is the tires arrived within 3 days and free shipping. We have already recommended to coworkers to look into buying tires here. The only negative is no tracking number with the order. But we can deal with that since everything else is great 👍

Purchased brand new tires but received used tires. I was told by customer rep they only sell new tires but received used tires. their suppliers are multiple shops and dont know what theyre physically selling. return process took over a month. even after they had purolator with tracking picked up the used tires they had to "wait for their supplier to credit them" what a nightmare, i would avoid this company, better off dealing with a locale store or a national tire chain where you can see the tires.

I purchased a wheel and tire package and they were the best price I can find. But my wheels originally were sent to the wrong address however I dealt with their customer service team, and I was helped my super team member there (Cathy Richard) which was able to quickly and professionally provide me with new shipping details and recovered my wheels. She went above and beyond in level of service. She kept me in the loop and got my wheels on delivered on time too.

Prior to purchasing my Goodyear tires from Blackcircles, I had never ordered tires online. From the search for my tire specification till I finally emptied my cart with the purchase, it was smooth sailing. They have valuable information about tire brands which helped me to make an informed decision. Most importantly, someone else had quoted a higher price for the same brand I bought from them. I saved $217 CAD by purchasing from them. My tire arrived on the third day after my order. I’m impressed with their service and array of tires. You are truly ‘Blackcircles”

This is the first time I tried Black Circles. I bought Uniroyal Tiger Paws. I priced them at a few places. They beat everyone's price. Delivery was 2 days. I called to ask a question. Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend Black Circles.

Good website, shopping experience online and pricing. But very poor delivery service : one email confirming that the order was placed, then NO email regarding shipping at any point (neither a tracking number, or date, or even "delivered"), only to find the tires one day, returning from work, piled up in front of my house 6 feet from the street, available to be stolen by anyone (very common in the area with amazon and else) -- VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE.

I had a great experience dealing with Black Circles. My order of 4 rims was expected to be delivered between 2 to 5 Business Days. I got them the next day!!! It was exactly what I ordered.

Blackcircles tells you that install starts at a certain price but obviously its not the real price and you wont get the price. They also say they'll give you a quote for the install after they book you but when you ask them they say they don't know and makes it seem like you're making their job harder when all you want was the quote you were told you would get. With the shop they advertised as recommended and with high ratings, the tire installation took a while and they overinflated the tires by a good amount, and severely overtorqued my lugs nuts. They also didnt bother wiping up any of the mess they made with the fluids either.

Did a purchase of tires and wheels and there was a problem with my order. I was very nervous as I purchase online but in matter of minutes I was talking to someone and he fix my problem very quickly. Very satisfied with my experience.

~ One Stop Online Source of Good Quality Brand New Tires ~

This is my second purchase from Blackcircles Canada. The first one was way back 2019 - 4 new Kumho Summer Tires for my 2011 Nissan Rogue.

This second time last October, I ordered the new Pirelli Ice Friction Winter Tires ELECT (EV Rated) for my 2025 Nissan Ariya EV SUV. All four tires arrived within the promised delivery window (1–7 days)... they showed up right on the 7th day.

The EV-rated tires have a great profile, and after installing them I tested them extensively in rainy and wet conditions at around 6°C and 4°C, as well as on snowy mountain roads at -5°C. All four tires delivered excellent grip and braking performance—clearly better than expected and very confidence-inspiring. Overall, the Pirelli Ice Friction tires deserve an excellent rating. They are also very quiet and already feel like the perfect match for my Nissan Ariya. They’re also impressively quiet and clearly designed with EVs in mind. Plus the price is way better (lower) than the popular competitor brand.

Great job Blackcircles Canada! Highly recommended!

I ordered my Pirelli all-seasons on a Saturday and they arrived to Hamilton, ON Tuesday afternoon! The price was the best I found across multiple websites, and ordering was easy. I called the support center on Tuesday since tracking details were not shared, and they confirmed the delivery ETA for me. What a great experience, I would definitely order from BlackCircles again!

Prices were better than the local shops and the tires arrived much sooner than I had anticipated. Overall I'm very pleased with my first purchase
