Blackeaglerecovery レビュー

Very speedy arrival max 40 min . Friendly staff.(kev) Recovered and home in under 2 hours. 👍

Do not trust this man he will tell you a price and then go back on his word and he uses other peoples driving licenses for his drivers if you look up on the Internet, he has had a number of companies which went wrong due to his lying and un trusting he will most probably take your bank details to get money out of you so do not send your bank details to him I phone

Spectacular service absolute lifesavers

Kev was great and made a stressful process (I had no clue what I was doing) very easy. He was friendly, explained everything and even tried to fix roadside for me! He even diagnosed the car so I would know what to expect from the garage - would definitely recommend !!

Daughter's car needed recovery and as she didn't have AA or RAC, we called these guys. Kev called when he was on his way to give us an ETA, which was no time at all. From the word go he was friendly, and definitely knew his stuff! Couldn't fix it at the roadside so brought it home. Fast friendly service, Kev is a hero in my eyes (even without the cape). So pleased we went with them. Thanks guys, especially Kev!! 😀

Superlative service!! Phone answered within 3 rings and recovery started. I was contacted regularly by Ross giving his ETA and asking if I was in a safe position. Great care given to protecting the bike during the winching procedure and tying down. And what a nice man Ross is. Professional, careful, knowledgable, friendly and so efficient. He's a real asset to the company. Many thanks for getting me out of a tricky situation. A+++++ for Black Eagle Recovery.

Kevin was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He let me know several next steps I needed to take to get my car working again. Excellent service

Kevin was really helpful and made a big effort to make up time after being delayed by Eurotunnel security to get to pick up point.

From calling about picking up our broken down van to dropping it off at the garage, all done within an hour.
Great service, couldn’t fault the guy that helped us out.

Guys turned up in a reasonable time with good communication, great care and attention was made when loading and unloading my vintage triumph and could not have reasured me more.
Guys were very personable and professional. Would highly recommend.

I was stuck on the motorway waiting for RAC to attend who took hours and hours, decided to give these guys a call and within the hour i was picked up safely and taken to my destination. Cant thank these guys enough. I will definitely be a customer for life, credit where its due. Thanks again!

My Mum had an oil leak and broke down on the M20. It’s Sunday at 12pm. I called Black Eagle Recovery and they was to her within 30mins. Amazing job. Extremely happy customer

A phenomenal service BER were quick, professional and Kev went above and beyond to make sure I still got to work in good time. 10/10, would 100% recommend

The guys that came out were great. I was stuck in the sun they picked me up bought me a chicken wrap and water and dropped me off to my location. Great service would definitely tell people to use them.

Was in a real bind - Onur made me feel looked after and sorted things out quickly. Very grateful for the support in a difficult situation! Was basically stranded on the A406. Truck came very quickly and situation resolved rapidly.

We were stuck at the side of the M25, which was pretty scary. Blackeaglerecovery were brilliant- picked us up and kept checking in with us to keep us updated on their ETA. Our driver was amazing - even stopped to buy us water. I would absolutely recommend Blackeaglerecovery without hesitation- they were the best.

Didn’t have to wait long. Kevin’s a lovely guy. No fuss, got me to the garage in no time at all. Would use again!

Brilliant recovery service quick and reliable Jake came and helped me out recovered me from Cambridge to hailsham top guy highly recommend this company

Very happy with the work. They arrived quickly and have been friendly, and have been very careful with the car. Can fully recommend.

Communication was great.
Got sorted on my issues within 2 hours when my own roadside assistance did not cover it.
The pricing is on the higher end I felt, since they have VAT added to the price quoted, though I was very happy to get my car towed within 2 hours.
Overall very good experience.
Recommended.
