Came at the time that was said, quick and professional recovery, 100% recommend

I had Will and he was so helpful he got to us quickly and got the car on the flatbed within minutes and with care to make sure he didn’t damage the rims even more. Thank you so much for the help I will definitely be coming back to use this company again if needed L.

I have never used a recovery company before so was a bit worried about what to expect. All I can say is that I would highly recommend this one to anyone. Will (didn’t catch his last name) could not have been more helpful, you can tell that the company is a very close run business that relies on good service and customer care. I will certainly use them again should the need arise and will tell everyone I know about them. Friendly and professional, thanks and well done you 😊.

Outstanding! They were the only “24/7” outfit (having called 6 other firms prior to them) to respond to my call to get a car towed - Will was a really nice guy and did a great job - not cheap but not an easy recovery (car in ditch) - would have no hesitation in recommending them at all - obviously, they are not “based” in your local area (despite the clever advertising) but so what - if all those who are based in your local area can’t be bothered because it’s a Sunday, more credit to Black Eagle - thanks, Will!

Quick professional service recovered within the hour and very friendly

Excellent service, great communication, affordable price, and a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. A special shout-out to our driver, William. He made the trip so enjoyable—we chatted the whole way, and he was always attentive to our safety and needs. If I ever need a ride again, I will definitely contact him without a doubt.
