Sarah is an excellent driving instructor. She has a very good understanding of how to teach anxious learners and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Her patience, calm approach, and clear explanations helped me build confidence and pass with ease.

She never shouts or makes you feel pressured, which makes a huge difference when learning to drive. She carefully analyses any difficulties and finds the best way to help her pupils understand and improve. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a supportive, patient, and professional driving instructor.

I honestly can't thank dave watt enough for helping me pass my driving test! From day one, he made me feel confident and completely comfortable behind the wheel. Dave explains everything clearly, never makes you feel pressured, and has a real gift for teaching. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional instructor!

Did an intensive course and passed my test. My instructor (Mandy) was very patient,informative and accommodating, couldn't have done it without her help, their service is worth every penny. 😊

I had a really positive experience with BDS. I initially completed a 35-hour manual course with Simon, who was a great instructor, very understanding and patient when I was struggling.
I realised manual wasn’t the right fit for me, so after those 35 hours I switched to automatic with Mandy. This was the best decision I could have made. Mandy was amazing, she helped me massively with my anxiety and nerves, and when I found things difficult, she explained everything in a way that really clicked. She broke things down into simple steps and patterns that made it much easier to understand and build confidence. When I did my test I passed first time!

A big thank you to Mandy, Simon, and Donna for being so supportive and helping me smoothly transition from manual to automatic. I’d definitely recommend BDS to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous or are anxious around driving as they are so supportive and understanding.

I passed my test first time after having lessons with Dave Watt. Throughout all the lessons he was patient, calm and really easy to get along with which helped settle any nerves. Shane was exceptionally patient and calm, especially as I needed significant time and repetition to learn as a first-time driver. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and helped me overcome my anxieties with great professionalism.

did a 2 day course with Simon, honestly top bloke, so polite and respectful and very knowledgeable on all the road rules, also very patient and made me feel comfortable in the car and confident in my driving ability, i passed my test at the end and would 100% recommend BDS to anyone looking to start driving

I passed my test today and I honestly couldn’t have done it without David guidance. He is very patient, calm and explains everything in a way that makes driving make sense. Moving from the United States his knowledge of the code made it easy to explain the differences. This was key to getting up to speed and passing my test. A+++.

Can’t recommend Shane enough if you’re learning to drive in the Blackpool area. He made every lesson feel really relaxed and enjoyable, while still making sure I was actually improving each time.

He’s patient, easy to get on with, and explains things properly so they stick. Always had a laugh in lessons which made such a difference, especially when I was nervous. Really grateful for all his help getting me through my test!

Simon did amazing work, even when I more difficult or needed extra house, he was always patient with me.

My driving instructor was Paul who was great. He was very friendly and an excellent teacher which helped me to pass my test first time. I would highly recommend him for good results.
