Excellent service! I’m fortunate enough to live just around the corner so can book a time, drop my knives off, go for a coffee and then collect my renewed & perfectly sharpened knives. Thank you Blade and Butler!

Fantastic experience. Quick service, easy shipping, perfectly sharpened knives.

It took about a 8 days from when I dropped the knives off with the courier but when they came back, they are superb! They weren't that sharp when they were new. Makes things so much easier. Would definitely use again when the time comes.

Absolutely marvellous my favourite knives were returned as good as new after many years of use and incompetent sharpening by myself.
From blunt to razor sharp in less than a week via very clever packaging and couriers.

I decided to use Blade and Butler to sharpen and repair my Global knives (someone broke the tip of one of them) and I wanted to know that I was putting my beloved tools in the hands of people who know what they are doing.

I sent them off on the Monday via DPD as I wanted a faster delivery service and more reliable. Then I waited anxiously for my (babies) knives to be dispatched by Blade & Butler to be on their way home to me. They arrived by DPD on the Friday. So in total it took from me sending it to it arriving back to me 5 working days.

A very professional service that not only gave some exceptionally sharp knives (sharper than when new, I’m sure!), but was a very quick turnaround and superb customer service with regards to delivery questions etc. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Our 20 year old knives have come back like new.

I Sent 2 knives and a Chinese cleaver to be sharpened the tip of my boker knife had snaped off it came back with a perfect new tip and all three sharp as razors.
Even the cleaver slices through a ripe tomato, Delivery service was ok I got my knives back in just over a week if you want them quick pay for the extra service, I will use Bladeandbutler again thank you for a top service.

I was not sure that my much loved but blunt knives could be returned to their former glory. However, Blade and Butler came up trumps. Watch out ripe tomatoes!

Very impressed with this service. The instructions beforehand were very clear, and everything happened as expected. I had three of my knives sharpened, one of which was a small vegetable knife that I had had a number of years, and was looking decidedly worse for wear. Every knife came back beautifully sharp, and my veg knife had been completely re shaped and looked as good as new. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. Thank you.

I recently had 7 of my global knives sharpened and I am very impressed with the service. The ordering process on the website wasn’t very clear about the process that could have been my fault but the assistance from customer service soon sorted everything out.
My knives were returned very quickly and extremely sharp - I’ve managed to cut myself twice!
