Very easy to do business with and I think great value for money I had no idea just how blunt my knifes were until they came back sharp again.

The knives came back impeccable. So impressed.

Ignore any negative comments about turn around time because as any efficiently-run company would, B&B use the commercial delivery services and if things are delayed it’s not their fault. If they ran their own delivery the costs would be 5 times as much!

Company do a good job. Good communication too. Be warned however they use Hermes/Evri to deliver. Process that should take 3-4 days took over a month. Really bad judgment to use the worst courier in U.K.

I sent five knives that were in need of TLC. Five knives came back perfect, outstanding workmanship. A sincere thanks to Blade and Butler. I will definitely be using their services again.

About to bite the bullet and buy new knives. Found this company and thought why not give it a go. My Global knife about 30 yrs old, needed reprofile, came back perfect and really sharp. Bread knife never been as sharp, not even when new. Highly recommend.

Sent off 7 knives and they came back beautifully sharp. The package they sent me to put the knives in was robust and easy to use.
I opted for standard free delivery and it took 5 days from Blade and Butler saying they were finished to getting them back which was annoying but I didn’t want to pay extra for next day delivery.
Would definitely recommend however.

I entrusted my 3 very special 40 year old knives to Blade and Butler and my expectations were easily exceeded.A very easy system in place to send knives safely and returned after a week in splendid sharpness and shine.

I sent off 5 knives for sharpening. I’ve had some of the knives for many years and they’ve never had a professional sharpen. Got my knives back and opening the box was like having a brand new set of knives. Fantastic service and my knives have been rejuvenated for many more years to come.

So easy to use and very professional results!

Fast efficient service. They even managed tp put the point back on a damaged knife. Knowledgable experts.

Found 3 vintage knives, scout knife and commando dagger. All were in a very poor state. Sent to Blade and Butler on a whim, not expecting they would be able to do much to restore them but they came back a week later, sharp and polished, sensitively restored as they still had patina to show their age

I paid to have 5 knives sharpened. 3 wusthoff knives and 2 Japanese knife company knives. I can safely say that these knives have never been so sharp. I got the knife box a day after ordering. Sent the knives and they were returned within another 2 days. Brilliant service. Worth every penny. Just follow the instructions.

Sent my much-loved, battered, 10 year old Wusthof knives off to Blade & Butler, (a touch apprehensively). They were returned fully refurbished and wonderfully sharp. Collection and delivery were easy (I used DPD) and communication with Blade & Butler excellent. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The best knife sharpening service I've ever used. Our knives where battered when they left and like new when they returned! Amazing and swift service - I would highly recommend as I'll be usisng the service again!
