Good pre-installation communication from the office team. Very clear rules about work which had to be completed in advance: disconnection of hot water system and oil supply.

I want to mention the professionalism of the two members of the installation team. They encountered several unexpected hitches and spent a total of 12 hours on site. They left at 21:00h (approx.) with a long trip home ahead. They were unfailingly cheerful, courteous and professional during their 12 hours shift with us! They did a great job of installation and cleaned up carefully afterwards – in spite of the late hour.

We are very pleased with our new Aga.

Thanks to the thorough preparation, the installation day for the conversion went really smoothly. The team was brilliant, friendly and very knowledgeable. The conversion works well, but the insulation is so good that we have had to install another radiator to heat the large kitchen. This was inline with my expectations, but something anyone buying a conversion should consider. I would also recommend a wifi timer so that the Aga can be turned on/off remotely. I would thoroughly recommend the process and Blake and Bull.

Thank you to the Blake & Bull team for a 5 star service. I was recommended to B&B by our service engineer, and ordered the DIY refurb kit. I got some of the order wrong by choosing the wrong model (my bad!), but Sue's advice and service was fantastic. New bits were dispatched quickly. The refurb was brilliantly explained and the troubleshooting was handy. Loveheart sweets were enjoyed by the bystanding kids, and my wife was blown away that I managed to make a 1970's appliance look like new. She is delighted, as am I.
I should also note that I had subsequently ordered a cleaning kit, and Matthew was quick to notice and refund, as it was included in the kit I had already ordered. This level of honesty is rare and should be greatly applauded.
I really can't thank you enough for your professionalism, amazing service and sensible pricing. It is a small price to pay, for what feels like a new Aga.

Like magic, this exceptional company converted our almost deceased 70 year old Aga in to a thing of beauty - an electric Aga that looks wonderful and works effectively and efficiently. The whole process was (for us) uncomplicated, unstressful and professional from first contact to completion of the conversion. On the day, our engineer, Dan, was brilliant, friendly, hard working and efficient ... and it was not an easy conversion, due to extreme age! The kitchen was left immaculate.

Having been finding budget to renew an Aga at the same time as upgrading a kitchen I came across Blake & Bull and boy, was I delighted to have done so. Seemless service, a lovely team to deal with both in the office and on site and, at the end of it all, I have an Aga that looks brand new having been re-skinned and updated. All friends with Agas are highly envious and will be using Blake & Bull when the time comes, Could not recommend more highly

I had a problem with an older Woll pan which I had purchased from another supplier some years ago. While they could have just said, sorry, we can't help, they didn't. Beth, who I can't thank enough went the extra mile and contacted the manufacturer and got a replacement pan sent out.

Really enjoyable visit to the showroom early in the Spring to discuss the possibility of us having an Aga with lots of patient help and advice choosing the right model and colour for us. There was always someone on the end of the phone but the whole process was easy and faultless from the first visit to installation day in the Summer and after-sales service. Highly recommend!

From start to finish the experience was first rate. Pricing clear and accurate. Ordering was really simple as was follow up by installation team. Just completed a big kitchen renovation and Blake and Bill stood out as a company that really has the process focussed on the customer experience- rare these days but a pleasure to deal with. Our old AGA was to be removed. From start to finish the service provided was excellent. Friendly communications from the office, timings arranged and kept, removal of AGA was remarkably clean and completed with a minimum of fuss. All round high quality service.

Blake and Bull provided an outstanding service. They were super friendly, quick to respond and their help and guidance made it easy for us to make the right decisions.

From our initial enquiry about the Aga eControl conversion from gas to electricity until completion, Blake and Bull guided us through each step and were always available to answer queries and offer help. The job itself on our rather scruffy 30-year old Aga was completed in a single day. The result - an electric Aga, looking as good as new, with extensive replacement of internal parts as part of the additional refurbishment service. Now, instead of an on/off Aga, we have full control over each function, with an (optional) instant-heat ceramic hob.

The whole experience with Blake and Bull from start-ringing to enquire about our aga conversion - to finish- cooking on our newly converted electric aga, has been nothing but positive.
Matthew, at the beginning, was really helpful running through the pros and cons (overwhelmingly pros) of converting.
Time was given to digest the information and at no point did we feel compelled to go ahead.
Any query we had was answered promptly and honestly.
Booking in for the work to go ahead was easy and I had regular updates from the team, regarding dates and which engineer would be attending.
Dan ( the engineer) was brilliant, really friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work a day quicker than expected and left our aga gleaming.
We had been pondering for quite sometime about converting from oil to electric and we’re so pleased we’ve had it done.
It’s a relief to see our oil usage lessen significantly and so far cooking on it is not very different from before,
Our main concern was being able to keep our kitchen warm, as it’s the only form of heating in the room. But by keeping the oven on eco mode we have really not noticed the difference.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Blake and Bull.

It’s difficult to find anything original to say in describing the experience of dealing with Blake & Bill; all the superlatives have been used ad nauseam. From first contact to completion of our Aga conversion, everything was dealt with efficiently, professionally, on time and without fuss or problem. Everybody we dealt with was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the conversion process and made the whole exercise a stress free experience. What more can I say?!

I always enjoy reading Mathew’s missives…He gives such great advice and reassurance on using an electric Aga. My 4 oven Aga was converted from Oil to Electric 15 months ago, primarily because of the unreliable quality of Oil. I live In Norfolk in a 4 bed 1840 ALL electric house. Now winter is here I put the Aga on in the morning at 150 and the simmering oven at 5. I’ve stopped using the new electric heater we bought for the kitchen as I “feel” the Aga is cheaper and it cooks too!
With 16 PV panels, bring on the sunshine!
I hope to visit the Blake and Bull showroom next year.
