We recently had our 73yr solid fuel AGA fully refurbished and converted to electric by Blake and Bull. From the initial appointment to the final installation process this was completed to a very high standard.
We would have no hesitation to recommend Blake & Bull as their staff are very efficient and friendly.

From our initial enquiry to the receipt of the funds following removal of our Aga, communication has been excellent. Contact with Blake & Bull at all levels was a pleasure, a fair price was agreed and the 'removal' team kept us advised on their arrival time, were polite and cleared up well. We would have no hesitation in recommending Blake & Bull for Aga removal.

I finally had my aga converted and re-enamel by this wonderful company. The whole process was seamless and very easy. I chose Saxon blue for the colour for my aga, but there is many colours to choose from on their website. The team blake & bull are very helpful and can always resolve any query you have on the installation and re-enamel process.
The website is also extremely informative on how to use your aga. Maintain your aga and cook with your Aga which I found particularly useful as this is my first Aga . They still sell a range of supporting products on the website for using with your aga.
The guys that installed my Aga for me were a joy to have in my house, and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I bought an E-control reconditioned Aga after researching and then visiting the showroom. Sales dept were knowledgeable but never pushy.

We used Blake & Bull to convert our oil-fired aga to electric; we then used them to store it for us whilst we had some renovation work done. I rarely leave reviews, but in this case, over a number of years their service has been so exceptional...from major works as mentioned above, to buying cookware,to ordering spares and just asking questions about agas...I felt compelled to. A standout example of superb customer service (and great products), consistent over a number of years. So rare these days, so worth shouting about. Superb company.

Thank you for the wonderful service. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m delighted with our refurbished Aga. It looks brand new. Bradley was very cheerful, helpful and efficient and went to great lengths to finish the job off to perfection.

We finally did it. Our 40 year old gas Aga is now electric thanks to everyone at Blake & Bull, especially with Mathew's encouragement and advice on fuel consumption, all Matt's technical support and Sam's wonderful work doing the actual conversion and thoroughly cleaning our Aga so it looks like new. The Aga is now happily running on 100% green electricity with the help of solar panels and storage battery - and the kitchen is still warm.

I can't fault the professionalism of B*B. When we went to see them they organised our favorite coffees to be ready when we arrived. The demo was very thorough. We had no difficulty choosing our options when electrifying our oil fired Aga.
The engineers arrived at 8.30 and the Aga was looking better than new and ready to cook when they left at 5.00pm
The conversion isn't cheap but I am hoping it will save us money in the long run ans well as reducing our carbon footprint.

Blake & Bull converted our gas Aga to electricity with the E-Control system. The installation and customer service have been exemplary from start to finish and the conversion works well. We have recommended the conversion and Blake & Bull to friends who also own Agas.

This was a thoroughly professional arrangement from start to finish and I always felt very confident in trusting my conversion to Blake and Bull. Everyone was thoroughly charming and also knowledgeable. Advance info was useful and clear, the appointment was on time, and the finished job is wonderful - far better than I expected!
The engineer was so considerate about the house and took great care to keep everything tidy, clean up well, and not get in the way. He managed to fix my fan which was a bonus! Very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything as he went along. A great experience.

Woeful customer service. Tread carefully.

The engineer, Joe, was super efficient. He had obviously done many conversions before and worked quickly and quietly during the day. He transformed our ancient dirty white oil Aga into a sleek blue electric Aga and then took the time to explain the best way to use it. We are delighted and now just wondering why we didn't get it converted years ago!

B&B to the rescue
Our electrical fault was a problem as whole AGA stopped working. A telephone call to B&B was instantly taken on board and arrangements made to get an agent to us ASAP. We are 350 miles away from their offices but he arrived early in the morning within 48 hours as though he was coming from our own town. Bradley immediately identified our problem and was quickly able to replace the faulty part from the stock in his van. As the replacement part was being tested he very kindly "refreshed" our AGA top which was restored to look like new. Bradley is an excellent representative of his employer for whom he is proud to work and it was a pleasure to see him working. I was impressed by my first contact with B&B as I was purchasing my AGA and my good opinion has only grown with every contact I have had with them and their staff. Thank you B&B Peter Ingham

We took delivery and installation of our beautiful new Aga yesterday! I can’t praise Blake and Bull enough-from beginning to end their customer service is absolutely second to none. Every tiny detail is discussed and clarified by such friendly staff and when the day came for delivery Anthony arrived dead on time and proceeded to fit our Aga with complete competence and efficiency. He was so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
All in all I cannot fault Blake and Bull at all. Buying an Aga is an investment and a much considered purchase and we were made to feel that this was indeed a very special event. For me it’s been a lifetime desire and Blake and Bull made that happen in a very lovely way!

Blake and Bull converted our Aga to electricity from gas and replaced the top. Anthony turned up bang on time, set out all his tools on our kitchen table on a towel and got to work. His organisation and preparation instilled lots of confidence and he was keen to share what he was doing every step of the way. He’s obviously an enthusiast!
Throughout the process there was what was clearly a well rehearsed process of information sharing about what to expect.
We are very happy and the Aga is back at the heart of the house, drying the washing and cooking the dinner as if nothing had happened!

From sales to installation it was an excellent, professional and friendly service. We were kept updated on delivery and installation, and Antony, who was our installer did a fabulous, neat and tidy job finishing with an explanation of the aga to us. Altogether a very pleasurable experience.
