Skip and Zen - the Dream Team
Skip and Zen came to take away our old Aga. There were challenges instantly but as Zen said “don’t worry, we’ll get this done” and get it done they did (with a little help). They were also courteous throughout. A great team.

We are truly sorry that the attending engineer has identified an issue with the PCB; However, we are unable to support with this part as we do not sell spare parts directly, and your AGA is outside of the warranty period at approximately 12 years old.

The run up to delivery was very informative and the 2 lads on delivery was very helpful and polite

Une honte ! La plaque induction de mon piano de cuisine Falcon s'est brisée et cela fait 3 mois que Aga rangemaster n'est pas capable de répondre et de nous fournir la pièce. La cuisinière a moins de 10 ans et ils sont tenus de conserver des pièces détachées. Aucune communication, des délais de 8 semaines annoncés puis plus de nouvelle. Plus jamais je n'achèterai de la marque Falcon car en cas de casse il n'y a pas de solution de remplacement apparemment...

Great delivery
Great delivery. They guys were completely self sufficient and even put our old oven in the garage for us. All in the middle of a massive heat wave. They took us though the main functions of the oven too. Great service.

From first entering the Oundle Aga Shop…
From first entering the Oundle Aga Shop , we were met by super staff who were both helpful and interested in understanding our need for a dual fuel AGA. We left feeling happy and confident our new stove was in safe hands, they would tailor to our individual requirements .
Delivery was second to none with texts and telephone calls from the Oundle AGA shop prior the day ensuring of both disconnecting the old and reconnecting the new, a simple questionnaire was completed without any problems. The Co are committed to excellence and would recommend highly. Jennifer and team have been a pleasure to deal with and look forward to purchasing new cookware in due course.

Great customer service from beginning to end
Great communication, got a call on the day of delivery giving me a time. Skip and Zen turned up, asked me where it was going, just said no problem and were done in a few minutes and there I was dreading things were going to go wrong. It’s been a great experience right from choosing the cooker, to having a demo and finally delivery.

Highly recommend Aga Cirencester
The team at Aga Cirencester have been fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about the products and made everything a breeze from ordering to delivery…Nothing has been a problem… I also attended a demonstration with Amy, Debbie and Maxine… I highly recommended this, particularly to any new Aga users! It was great to see how easy and stress free Aga cooking can be! And getting to sample some great food was nice too!
Thanks ladies for making our Aga experience a great one!
