Look nice, no instructions
Custom blinds look nice, but with no instructions provided, are difficult to install. Even a sketch showing brackets would be helpful.
Thanks for your response. It would be helpful if the staff advised customer of where to find the instructions when blinds are picked up.

Hello M Fradette, all blinds' boxes have a QR code on the label which you scan to get the instructions online. The BTG website also has all instruction manuals for all products as well. We will be sure to provide the feedback that this was not found in your case though in an effort to ensure other customers do not have this issue too. We greatly appreciate your feedback!

Only blind company we have ever used.…
Home consultant Lynworth was very patient and helpful in narrowing down what I liked for options. Company worked with me when I had to reschedule initial installation. A second installer was able to still make that time line work when there was a personal conflict for the first installer. Blinds are different with the chargeable wand system but we are adapting! Fabrics, fit and design worked out fabulously. Only issue is one blind the “motor” sounds like it’s dying. We attempted fully recharging it to see if it made a difference and it hasn’t. Need to figure out how to proceed to investigate this.

Great service at the London store / but blinds to go is a scam
Great service at the London store. Was extremely disappointed in the supposed sale .after we purchased some previous blinds we wanted to finish the house in the same sets to match. Knowing the prices of the blinds we previously purchased .The prices were raise by an extreme amount over 50% then given a 25% discount . Shameful business tactic . Buyers beware of this shady company . Never again will we step foot and advise people to do the same . So your research and learn from our mistake .
