Everything went well I just think the price is way too steep

The cord on my blind broke. Very happy that they come with a lifetime warranty. Was told it would take 2 weeks to fix. Had the blind back in a week and a half.

The first set of blinds I ordered didn’t have the correct hanging hardware and I had to drive back to the store which was a half hour drive one way. Also, I took the advice of the salesman and got the chain instead of being able to open & close them by hand and I regret it.

I was very happy with the outcome of my blinds. There is no reason to be dissatisfied if you give the proper measurements. Everything fit just perfect. Thank you.

Very happy with the service and with my blinds.

Our order was placed in mid July, 2020. Yes it was Covid 19 time but it took till after Thanksgiving for us to have our blind. It took three attempts to get it correct. In the end we were satisfied with the product.

They were very professional and helpful, and my blinds were done earlier than expected.

He put our blinds up properly and without leaving a lot of mess.

I have had my blinds for 20 years now and have had about 4 repairs.great lifetime warranty.

The panes were too long. My floor had settled and swelled in spots. I trimmed the panes myself with a paper cutter to even it all up. This was not Blinds-To-Go fault. The rope that pulls the panes along the track needed to be adjusted and cut so it wouldn't hang out in loops when the blinds were fulled retracted. Lastly the blinds retract cord and the panes turning metal cord were a tangled mess when I opened the box. I had to take the plastic guide end completely apart to untangle them.

The blinds were delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The delivered blinds were exactly as I had ordered. The employees at both ends of my purchase were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service, installer was great and they look wonderful.

Fabulous blinds, excellent service as well. One of my brackets broke trying to install it and they shipped one to me and I had it in two days.
