Blinds look great and fit perfectly. Staff was very helpful. Roller works perfectly as well. Had another smaller window done with a different company which was considerably more expensive. Overall, very satisfied.

Great service associate. The product came quickly. Installation was tricky by us. There was a pinhole in one of the blinds. I did not return it because it was Christmas and I needed the blind up.

I placed my order on Nov 15. Received 3 weeks after.

The blinds all came extremely poorly made with hot glued edges that were cracked, uneven and had large gaps. The blinds were not straight. I have pictures

After returning all 4 sets to the store for new ones the store will not deliver them to me and the factory took 8 weeks to ship them to me. I received the blinds today. The box came ripped open. The blinds are not fixed. To solve the problem they place a zip tie on both sets of blinds which made the problem worse. Again I have pictures. When do pushed up the hang on an extreme angle. The blinds have uneven gaps and the valances are hotglued uneven. What a waste of my time and money.....

Missing hardware covers for the end of the blind rolling device at the top .... I also find them very difficult to roll up

We have outfitted our home with only "Blinds to Go" products.I very much appreciated the $100.00 gift voucher which we were able to put toward a very large bay window outfitting. We are pleased with the products and always get great service at the London store. A young man came to measure during Covid, for a bay window and was rather surprised he did not wear a mask while working. I was not comfortable confronting him about this issue. Just thought I should bring this to your attention.

We are very pleased with all of the blinds we purchased. Also we had a very positive experience with the sales staff and especially with the in home design consultant. The lifetime guarentee and service that we have also experienced has been very positive as well.

Staff was very helpful in giving us guidance on our selection and the blinds were delivered ahead of the original schedule.

This window covering service was recommended to me by my son who had a very pleasant experience. I was really pleased with the professional way BTG handled my order throughout the Pandemic. Yes, I had to wait a few months for the blinds due to unforseeable events, but the pricing was incredible and the service excellent, including the polite and prompt salespeople in the shop who helped me choose blinds for 6 windows as well as the young man who came out twice to my home to measure and then fit the blinds.
An error that cropped up in the delivery of my blinds was quickly and efficiently resolved and all of my windows look beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Blinds To Go again!

I am very pleased with the blinds I purchased. They are sturdy, attractive and fit perfectly. Do make sure when purchasing your blinds, however, that you measure accurately. Once the blinds are cut, you cannot return them. Otherwise, Staff is knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely order from blinds to go in the future.

The blinds were great. It was a long wait from ordering in August and install in November, but they are beautiful.

Had no issues whatsoever... found the blind I needed and wanted.... measurements went smoothly and installation was excellent!

We bought a roll up blind for our patio door and I don’t like the new clip for the valance. It only holds the valance at the top and leaves it loose on the bottom.
We bought the same blind for our kitchen window but with the narrower valance. The valance clips in at the top and the bottom which is much better.

We have no complaints re: our service. Staff were all very pleasant & helpful.
The gentleman who did the measuring and the installation of our drapes and blinds (Matt) was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. We will not hesitate to go to Blinds To Go again.

Excellent blinds, easy to install, on line order was easy!! Will purchase and recommend again!! The only thing is I wish they could deliver to your house especially due to covid! I think more people would purchase!
