Thank you for your feedback. We offer size charts for each item on your uniform store, so that the correct size can be ordered; as these are personalized items, they are non-exchangeable. The jacket is on backorder and will be fulfilled as soon as possible when it is in stock; your corporate contacts are aware of the backorder.

Ordered close to a Month ago, was told it was unavailable, then get an email it was now available. It also took forever to get Delivered.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Your company has opted for an on-demand fulfillment structure, and orders are typically delivered 3-4 weeks after the order is received. In this case, the garment was originally out of stock with our supplier but was quickly restocked allowing us to deliver within the 3 week timeline.

i was so impressed with how transparent and responsive they were to an item that was shipped in a wrong size in getting it replaced.

I am very disappointed and unimpressed


I retract my original email as my first encounter left me kind of sour about a situation in which, I received a damaged uniform. We do not get many uniforms allotted per year and they get a lot of wear and tear. So being down shirts is VERY difficult. After that first initial contact a follow up was done and the team did rectify the situation to the utmost. They took a situation that was quickly going south and made it a great one. Thank you!
