Had this about 4 weeks now. Finally sleeping well! For me, it’s a game changer to have something really designed for sleeping. The team are super nice as well - I accidentally ordered two units, and the team were really helpful in letting me arrange to return the spare one (Thank you! I can’t afford two!) and the refund came through in a couple of weeks. Super happy. But maybe that’s cos I’ve had a good nights sleep!

It clearly helped me sleep better and also fall asleep faster. It's comfortable to wear at night and doesn't get in the way.

Good point also: delivery was smooth and arrived on time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone having trouble sleeping.

Excellent product and exceptional comfort! I highly recommend it.

Great combo between the eye pads and the great connected headset. Supports my neck, and most importantly allows me to sleep on my side and still block out the sound. Helps me to meditate by listening to podcasts.

The product fits what is advertised. The Serenade is so sleek, comfortable and practical. Shipping went according to plan. I feel like the product really dives into a lot of the challenges I've faced as a light / difficult sleeper and that it comes from consistent research and understanding of these issues.

This product is incredible. Firstly I was super impressed with the packaging, which is super super sleek and premium. Next, it does exactly what is says on the tin. Not only is it super comfortable, but also it does an absolutely amazing job at blocking noise. I use it on long trips (12 hour bus or plane rides), and it is an absolute game changer. I use it at home when I know I need a good night of uninterrupted sleep. And I have used it in a music festival where the campground was very close to the stage: all my friends were livid about not being able to sleep and I was completely undisturbed and slept like a baby. Can not recommend it enough!

Serenade is sooooo good!
I never liked the "conventionnal" earplugs and the slightest noise wake me up (especially when I want to fall asleep). With this ? so soft <3, so comfy, no external noise and I now got a new routine to listen to a meditation before going to bed.

The company won't respond to emails to provide a return address for the product even though they say they offer a "30 day return policy." Terrible customer service.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Blisstil Serenade sleep headphones.

I’m an extremely light sleeper, a stomach sleeper, and my fiancé snores loud enough to wake the neighbors. I had tried what felt like everything, including multiple brands of sleep earbuds, but nothing was comfortable enough to wear all night. The Serenade was the first product that actually allowed me to sleep comfortably next to him again.

The sound quality is excellent, the speakers are incredibly comfortable even for side and stomach sleeping, and they stayed comfortable throughout the night. It genuinely made a huge difference in my sleep quality.

What impressed me just as much as the product was the customer service. I reached out after an unfortunate accident, fully expecting to be told there was nothing they could do. Instead, I received one of the kindest, most thoughtful responses I’ve ever gotten from a company. Oliver and the Blisstil team treated me with genuine compassion, responded quickly, and went above and beyond to help me. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its customers with that level of care and humanity.

If you’re on the fence because of the price, I completely understand because I was too. But after trying countless alternatives, I can honestly say these have been worth it. Great products are important, but great customer service is what creates lifelong customers, and Blisstil has absolutely earned mine.

Product does not do what it is stated to do. customer service for return is abysmal with delay after delay.
seriously getting frustrated with this process. I just want to return the rubbish product to get my money back but at this rate it'll be outside the 30-day money back guarantee. which is what I expect them to do.
