I am sick to death of paying good money to attend yoga classes online that are not as advertised, weather it is advertised as a power practice or dynamic practice it is always a slow flow and most cases you will barely even move for the first 20 minutes and then rest for the last 10.And this is in a 1 hour slot. Don't expect to bust a sweat in any of these classes, you have more chance of falling asleep, don't waste your money pay for a real class.

Good for beginners as there is a wide variety to choose from and the teaching is consistently good. However I find the website tricky to navigate. If I search yoga, not all yoga comes up. Many of the classes I enjoy, such as dynamic vinyasa, rocket, Dharma yoga only come up when I search those specific terms. I often end up repeating the same class because I can’t find an advanced enough alternative.

Love this. Workout from home and save time. The classes are really tough tho… it would be nice to have some for lower fitness levels/post partum- These groups are pretty much on their own to modify the harder workouts.

Great experience. Such a variety of classes to choose from, all with fantastic instructors. I would highly recommend trying out Blok.

Blok tv saved me in the uk lockdowns, and I continue to use it as it is convenient, amazing value and top quality. Blok has some of the best instructors out there, I always am impressed by the sessions and never fail to have fun and get a great workout. The live classes are also thoughtfully scheduled across the week. Thank you!

I went to this center when I was in London for a month and the teachers are highly skilled. They are often former or current professional dancers and the precision with which they teach is world class. I’m thrilled that I have been able to continue profiting from their expertise using Blok TV from home.

The teachers are second to none, excellent!! I really enjoy attending the lessons, which have been really positive and up lifting for me.

Sometimes the sound quality is poor which takes away from the flow and focus of the Pilates/ yoga sessions I attend as I need to keep looking at the screen.
One session was delayed a good 10 minutes as the sound equipment failed. It was hard for the teacher and I really felt for her!

Despite this, I rate the service very highly and recommend to all my friends and clients!

BLOK is the most aesthetically pleasing gym in London. Front of house staff super friendly and the instructors are truly exceptional. Dressing rooms always clean and they do amazing smoothies too. My all time fave in London!

Always new classes every week and so many different class types to choose from. The instructors are just brilliant and so attentive, it’s like being in the studio but from the comfort of your home. Highly highly recommend.

Love BLOKtv, the range of classes that you can access from home are amazing from yoga to barre and boxing! Feels great to practice my favourite classes from the comfort of my own home and it's so easy to use.

Bang average fitness app made to look hip and groovy. My concern though is I want to leave but I have to say this in writing from a place on the website which I have yet to find. My advice to anyone thinking about this mob is, save your money & go for a walk

Wonderful yoga with very good qualified teacher who are engaged and creative. You feel like a part of a community even though the classes are online (I only take live classes).

I would definitely recommend the team.

The best content out there!

The BLOK team have taught me so much with such a diverse and wide offering of classes. Even if done on Zoom, I've been feeling so much better, healthier and stronger!

After having close to zero motivation to workout through lockdown, I’ve just joined bloktv and completed my first work out with Nicky who was fab. Had an amazing first class and really feel like Blok has nailed this concept. Well done.
