Am 3. April habe ich ein Gewächshaus bestellt – bis heute wurde nicht geliefert. Vor der Bestellung war die Kommunikation schnell und freundlich, danach kam kaum noch etwas. Statt klarer Updates wurde ich ständig im Ungewissen gelassen, ob überhaupt noch geliefert wird. Es gab immer neue Ausreden (u. a. „Sommerferien beim Hersteller“), aber keine verlässliche Lösung und keine eingehaltenen Lieferzusagen. In meinem Fall: sehr enttäuschend und extrem nervenaufreibend – ich würde dort nicht noch einmal bestellen.

I ordered a greenhouse on April 3rd – it has still not been delivered. Communication was quick and friendly before I paid, but after that it almost disappeared. Instead of clear updates, I was repeatedly left unsure whether delivery would happen at all. There were always new excuses (including “the manufacturer is on summer holiday”), but no reliable solution and promised delivery times were not met. In my case, this was extremely disappointing and stressful — I would not order there again.

Thank you for my new garden house! It looks great, exactly what I needed and wanted. Good value for money!

Bloomcabin has been a pleasure to deal with. The website is simple to use, the prices are clear, and the products are exactly as described. I really appreciated how quickly they replied to my questions and helped me pick the right size greenhouse. Delivery was free, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Esmu ļoti apmierināta ar savu pirkumu. Dārza mājiņa tiešām ir klvaliatīva, izturīga un moderna. Arī komunikācija ar uzņēmumu noritēja bez problēmām. Tikai labas atsauksmes!

Bestilte et drivhus 28. mai. Det skulle være 2-5 ukers leveringstid. Hørte ikke noe mer. Kontaktet dem etter noen uker, da var det forsinkelser på glass. Det skulle komme innen maks 4 uker, altså i slutten av juli. All kommunikasjon var på engelsk. Hadde allerede da en mistanke om at dette aldri ville dukke opp. Det gjorde det ikke heller. Jeg hadde heldigvis ikke betalt noe. Jeg kontaktet dem igjen i august. Da trengte de enda mer tid. Jeg sa at om jeg ikke fikk det innen september ville jeg kansellere hele bestillingen. Da skulle det komme om 2 uker. Ingen ting skjedde. Så fikk jeg beskjed om at betalingen var satt i gang fra Klarna. 15. oktober kontaktet jeg dem igjen, sa at betalingen var stoppet og gjentok at jeg ville kansellere bestillingen. Da påsto de at det var pakket og klart til sending, og at jeg ville få det senest i slutten av neste uke. Jeg skulle få en mail når det ble sendt. Det er 5 uker siden. Ikke noe drivhus, og ingen mail. Og det er nå 6 måneder siden jeg bestilte. Ser at det er samme firma som både Luxvindu og Premiumvinduer. Jeg ville holdt meg langt unna alle! Nå venter jeg bare på at Klarna skal kansellere betalingen (der det er lagt til 8000 kr i renter), og så bestiller jeg fra et mer seriøst firma til våren.
Oppdatering: Klarna ga meg fullt medhold og slettet all betaling. Så fikk jeg en mail, i slutten av november. Drivhuset var sendt, og ville komme om 3-5 dager. Til tross for gjentatte beskjeder om at jeg ikke hadde mulighet til å ta det imot etter september. Siden ingen av opplysningene jeg hadde fått fra dette firmaet tidligere hadde stemt, trodde jeg ikke på dette heller. Men siste uken før jul (4 uker senere, ikke 3-5 dager) fikk jeg telefon fra et fraktselskap. De hadde en levering til meg. 7 måneder etter at jeg hadde bestilt det som skulle ta 2-5 uker! Jeg forklarte situasjonen, og var ikke interessert i å ta det imot. De var veldig forståelsesfulle. Jeg kontaktet også Forbrukerrådet og fikk støtte fra dem også. Siden har jeg ikke hørt noe som helst.
Dette har vært 7 måneder med masse frustrasjon, null informasjon, massevis av løgner og til slutt null drivhus. Heldigvis uten noe økonomisk tap til slutt.

Ein Stern ist eigentlich zu viel, gibt es nur für die Qualität des Gewächshauses. Service, Lieferung, Kommunikation nicht vorhanden!!!!! Auf Mails wird monatelang nicht geantwortet, Lieferung nur mit zusätzlichen Kosten für uns, Dauer der Lieferung bis zur Vollständigkeit über 6 Monate und dann noch Inkassoverfahren, weil ich die nicht gelieferte Ware nicht bezahlt habe. Eine Umverschämtheit! Eine Meldung liegt der Verbraucherschutzzentrale vor und sas ganze Verfahren muss nun juristisch geklärt werden.

Ordered in March and payed in advance. No deliver until now. Good in Social Media but not in business. Be careful. Never again!

Ordered 4 month ago, no delivery, no answering. I think this shop is fake!

Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Keinen Kaufbeleg erhalten. Kein Ersatz für beschädigte Ware durch Transportschaden. Kein Umtausch nicht passender Teile. Sehr lange Lieferzeit.

We just finished setting up our Bloomcabin greenhouse and honestly, it turned out even better than we expected. The quality of the materials is really impressive — it feels super solid, not flimsy like some others we looked at. It also just looks great in the garden.

Great customer service. Materials are excellent. We love our new glass lean to.

Dont trust any deadlines!!! if you want headache for at least half a year with this company, you can order the greenhouse from them.
Have choose this company as domestic manufacturer. Better would order in Lithuania, they at least deliver the product in time…
Already 2 weeks i’m waiting for refund cause greenhouse was not delivered in 3 month!!! I have no sence from it this year anymore. But refund still isnt done, each time new person is acting like doesnt know anything of our situation and promises to solve the issue, of course, nothing goes forward!

I have ordered a glass house on April 17, 2025. I had to pay the full amount immediately. The site promissed delivery within four to five weeks. By now we are July 09, 2025 and still we have not received anything. Communication is difficult. They only pick up the phone when you use the new order phone number. I have asked termination of the contract and refund of the payed money.
Communication is not the greatest advantage of Bloomcabin. The package was to be delivered on July 24. We would receive an email from the transporting company. Nothing. and when we were away, a truckdriver called to say he had a package for us. He left it in the driveway. Well packed and no damage I should say.
Building the glass house myself was no problem. The manual was very clear and all pieces well labelled.
The glass house has been there for the past months and through winter number one. Quality of items is very good. Allthough there can be some improvements in the gutter system. The plastic items do not cover the cutting side of the alluminium profiles. Leaving pieces of shining alluminium on a black profile. Both sides of the alluminium gutter a equal in height. By raising the outside of the gutter, you will reduce sight of cut profiles and avoid rainwater from splashing over in heavy rain.
Overall the endresult is good, but the journey there has been troublesome.
