The day cares were good but Jacqui Harris has been an amazing live in carer for Colette. She has been gentle , gracious and very knowledgeable As Colette has become frailer and close to end of life. Jacqui visited Colette every day in hospital until her planned holiday, taking clothes and items she needed to East Surrey. Colette has been very grateful for her care and companionship over the last few months. Well done Jacqui!

I have been a customer of bluebird care for almost 14 years. I have never had any complaints and I am very happy with the service I receive.

Bluebird Care very supportive
Bluebird Care have been looking after my sister who has dementia. All the staff have been very supportive and flexible in the care they provide as her condition continues to change. Their daily care notes are very informative and let me know if she has any problems.

Bluebird manage my father's care completely
The great thing about Bluebird Care is that they met with my father and worked out a care plan that really suiited him.
Like almost everyone with a parent who has dimentia and needs care, I really needed support from a company with real experience in that area.
Bluebird now manages all of my fathers care & medication and I have absolutely no doubt that he is well looked after and safe.

Bluebird is a lovely company to work for, always putting its customers first, the training we get is extremely valuable to carry out our day to day care.
I am a mum of two, Bluebird allows me to have a great work/life balance.
We have a great team, who support each other.

Outstanding service.
My Mother-in-Law has been looked after by Bluebird Care Chichester for 5 years and she has received outstanding care throughout. Bluebird are always reliable and punctual. The carers are kind, caring and cognisant of her needs and requirements. As her health declines and her ability to care for herself deteriorates, Bluebird negotiate the next steps with compassion and expertise. As a family we are kept informed and consulted throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

So far so good
So far so good. The work of Team Staff are marvellous, in 6 years I have been with this company, all the concerns I forwarded to the office, they have always worked on them in a professional manner and in time without me reminding them.
What impress me so much was this year I had two huge problems in my family one in January and one in September I phoned the office to let them know, and within the shortest time the office phoned me back saying they will send someone to takeover so I can go to my family and the office said, I can let them know if I need any assistance, this has proved to how much the Company cares for her employees and the customers.
And another thing important for me is that there's a follow up of employees, a supervisor every now and then pay a visit to customer to if there's any concern and give some quick review of the work.
The Company deserves my rate of 5 stars

My mother really appreciates the carers…
My mother really appreciates the carers and is happy to see them on a daily basis. I have the impression they recognize my mothers needs and are very understanding when my mum is having a bad day. The management of Bluebird also give my mother quite some attention, which is much appreciated. If Bluebird could keep the number of different carers to a minimum I would be happy to give 5 stars, especially if the carers are limited to the ones that have a good relationship with mum.

Bluebird care regarding my sister
Bluebird care staff are very helpful and listen to any concerns that the family may have.
We can phone or email them any time of the day and they would reasure us with ease.
my sister they are caring for is very happy with the service provided to her at all times.
Without this care my sister would not be able to manage her shopping or escort to her surgury.

We couldn't ask for more. A highly professional team of carers backed up by a responsive and sensitive management team. This is the Gold Standard for care in a home setting. I really cannot speak highly enough of Bluebird Chichester.

Excellent live in care
My mother, who suffers from dementia, has been enjoying care with Bluebird for the past 3 months - ranging from one to 6 hours a day. We have just had live in care for 5 days, to allow me as main carer to have a break. Everything went very smoothly and Ben provided sensitive and caring support while I was away. My mother twice told me (unprompted) that she felt very well cared for.

Highly recommend Bluebird Care
I have worked for Bluebird care Chichester for 10 months now. I highly recommend Bluebird to anyone wanting high quality care in their home or to any carers looking for a great company to work for. I feel supported and appreciated at all times working for Bluebird. The manager Francis and office staff are lovely and always there to help. I am given all the training needed to do my job at a high standard.

I’ve worked at Bluebird care for 1.5 years now, previous to that worked in care for 14 years and this is by far the best care company I have worked for. The staff and management are all lovely and very supportive, putting the customers needs first at all times.

I have worked at Bluebird care for 6 years now, I can honestly say they are amazing! There is always chances for career progression and the management are always available for support when you need it.
