Bluebird have continuosly been a superb care experience. Every Carer is well trained, friendly and go beyond the basic routine. Would highly recommend them, and wouldn't want to change.

Bluebird care regarding my sister
Bluebird care staff are very helpful and listen to any concerns that the family may have.
We can phone or email them any time of the day and they would reasure us with ease.
my sister they are caring for is very happy with the service provided to her at all times.
Without this care my sister would not be able to manage her shopping or escort to her surgury.

We couldn't ask for more. A highly professional team of carers backed up by a responsive and sensitive management team. This is the Gold Standard for care in a home setting. I really cannot speak highly enough of Bluebird Chichester.

Excellent live in care
My mother, who suffers from dementia, has been enjoying care with Bluebird for the past 3 months - ranging from one to 6 hours a day. We have just had live in care for 5 days, to allow me as main carer to have a break. Everything went very smoothly and Ben provided sensitive and caring support while I was away. My mother twice told me (unprompted) that she felt very well cared for.

The best care company !
I’ve worked at Bluebird care for 1.5 years now, previous to that worked in care for 14 years and this is by far the best care company I have worked for. The staff and management are all lovely and very supportive, putting the customers needs first at all times.

I have worked at Bluebird care for 6 years now, I can honestly say they are amazing! There is always chances for career progression and the management are always available for support when you need it. Working in the office I know how well we look after our customers and also the carers to ensure they are all happy and content. I feel very proud to be apart of Bluebird Care Chichester.

Great support
I’m a living carer and I’ve had great support throughout on placement especially from my supervisor and friendly office team.There’s always someone to respond and act swiftly to your need of call. I have gained more experience working with bluebird both on field and their ongoing online training.They guide and coach you to become an exceptional professional. Thanks to bluebird.

“I’m not a care home person”
Despite being a very sociable chap, my father doesn’t want to move into a care home. However he is no longer happy living on his own nor able to look after himself. Bluebird have matched him with a delightful and experienced carer, who looks after him 24/7 seven days a week. It was important to us that his carer be happy to provide good social interaction as well as keep him safe, and she does this with great charm. She also writes daily reports which I can view on the Bluebird app. She has now been with us six weeks, and we can’t imagine how we ever managed without her.

First Class Caring In Operation
From first contact onwards, our confidence in the staff and carers has grown. Without exception, the carers are very capable, attentive, willing and, above all, cheerful. After each visit, detailed notes are made to ensure continuity. All in all, they provide a very high level of care, dependably and in a most acceptable manner.

Bluebird such a stable company that allowed growth and the the correct mind space. They not only encourage and motivated your work efforts but ensured your wellbeing too.
I came into bluebird with absolutely no concept or ideas about care and came out as qualified one. I learnt so much and had such amazing guidance over the year and quarter I was there. Miss it so much already
