If I could leave minus stars I would. I am in tears today due to the disgusting treatment from this company.
The item not only arrived late but it was faulty. I then had to pay £19.99 to return it and DPD have now lost the parcel and Bluefin Trading are refusing to refund the £339,99 that I paid for the item, plus the £19.99 they robbed me of to return it.
I am a single parent with a child with autism working full time who has spent hours dealing with the poor customer service and complete disrespect to a buyer.
AVOID AT ALL COST because you might end up on the verge of a nervous breakdown like me.

It works perfectly as intended and you can feel the workout, as for the efficiency is too soon to see it but the way is working I donât see any reason why should not deliver what is supposed to do . Definitely recommend, since in my opinion is the best out there beside a proper gym equipment, which is in a different bracket anyway.
