I ordered a 4D vibration plate. After first use it gives me an error. I contact them and they will plan for a delivery company to pick it up, but I would have to stay home from 08:00 to 18:00 which is not possible for me because I work. They want me to take an unpaid day off work to fix their problem, they sent me a faulty item. How is this my fault?? And I also can’t receive the shipping company at work because I work until 14:30 and they can’t choose a time slot.

And even if I take an unpaid day off at work, there is still an hour that I’m not home because I need to pick up my child from school.

Edit: I planned a pick up day and I stayed home from work unpaid, all day.. and no one came to pick it up..

This is the second or third review I have left, I have a couple of items from this company. Customer service is brilliant and the products are great.

Ich habe von einer Freundin die 4D-Vibrationsplatte übernommen und mir fehlten die Bedienungsanleitung und die weiterführenden Broschüren.
Im Netz habe ich nur die Anleitung gefunden und daraufhin den Support kontaktiert. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten wurden mir alle benötigten Unterlagen mit einem sehr netten Anschreiben als PDF zugesendet.

Hardware item missing from original delivery, contacted bluefin fitness who looked into the issue. Within one week item through my letterbox. Very pleased, thank for the service and very pleased with the rowing machine .

My crosstrainer stopped working after just 1 year with minimum use.
I purchased on 26th of december 2023 so they just said is no longer on Warranty.
The customer service doesn't even know the products providing wrong info.

Purchased a treadmill in 2020 and it has been a great machine, The control panel has started to play up so I contacted Bluefin for help. Their response was swift and efficient allowing my to purchase a replacement panel at a very reasonable price.

Just Purchased the Bluefin vibration plate pro, its very easy to set up and scroll through the pre loaded programs, with Bluetooth speakers to make the workout more fun, couldn't suss out the manual functions on it so emailed them and literally 5 min later received a reply, had my first workout this morning on the first pre programmed setting and its bloody good, never looked forward to working out before👌😁

Der Kundenservice ist zwar freundlich aber in Summe unterirdisch.
Es wird erwartet, dass der Kunde sich um alles was eine Rücksendung angeht selbst kümmert.
Verfehlungen des Lieferanten werden auf den Kunden abgewälzt, so wie die Organisation der Rücksendung eines falschen Ersatzartikels. Eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für die Fehler des Lieferanten , wie z.B. ein Vorabtausch, wird nicht von selbst angeboten und kommentarlos abgelehnt.
Finger weg von diesem "Hersteller"!

I bought a Bluefin 4D Vibro Platform.
It arrived in less than 4 days with all the information I needed to set it up, basically just open the box unpack and go.
Can feel the difference in my leg muscles already, will be playing with all the different exercise modes .
Easy to understand, easy to use and very very good results. I wanted to register the warranty today and had no sales number so I went on line and Khareen in formed me that just in buying the product registers it, very efficient.

Ich habe meine Powerplate 3D jetzt ca. 2 Jahre. Diese habe ich bewusst nach Recherche im Internet gekauft. Mir war etwas qualitativ solides mit ausreichend Motorleistung wichtig. Da Bluefin mit seinen Produkten Langlebiegkeit versprach, entschied ich mich für diese Marke. Der Preis war nicht alles (299,-€) Es gab natürlich auch günstigere Modelle.Habe sie 2-3 mal für 10 Minuten in der Woche genutzt. War zu beginn eigentlich er zufrieden.Ein starker und ruhiger Motor. Ich bin ca. 85 kg schwer. Ich stand hauptsächlich auf dem Gerät zur Anregung der Durchblutung (Bein kaputt). Also kein hoch und runter oder Gehüpfe bzw verstärkte Belastung. Anfangs ruhiger Lauf der Platte und auf einmal holtert und poltert das Gerät. Bin zu Tod erschrocken. Den Krach kannst du niemanden zumuten. Unterstützung NULL. Interessiert niemanden in der "7Tage Hotline". Nun kann ich nichts mehr damit anfangen. Sie funktioniert, kann sie aber nicht nutzen. Bin von der Marke enttäuscht . Da kann man sich auch beim Discounter ne Plate kaufen. Da ist das Gerät günstiger und der Service kann nur besser sein.

I was recommended to the ccompany by my 90 year old mother who purchased a rowing machine from them and had a really good customer experience from purchase to delivery and instalation. I called them and spoke to an advisor who was very knowledgeable and has referred me to my GP before buying a product. A wonderful company who really put customers first.

My 4D Vibration Plate arrived quickly and I have been using it now for over a week and it is one of the best things I have every discovered.
My body feels completely 'worked out' I can see a difference in toning already. Truly amazing! I also love that I can play my favourite music with the built in bluetooth speak option.

I’m giving this company five stars because it was sent quickly, the quality of the product seems good so far, and their customer service was excellent when I had a question earlier today. I used their chat feature on their website and a person named joe helped me. I feel confident saying that I trust this company.

I’ve had two vibration plates from Bluefin, the latest being the 4D and both have the same issue after a handful of uses. They won’t switch on. I started using one about 2 years after I bought it. It stopped switching on within a couple months after about 10 uses. Same issue with the new one, I bought it shortly after the old one stopped working last year and boom, within about 10 uses again, it stopped working. And because I’d use them so little they’re out of warranty so can’t get a refund. I can’t even seem to find any way to get advice on how to repair them from the manufacturer. Terrible product. Seems a lot of folk have similar issues. The products should be recalled and advice should be readily available on how to repair!

Horrendous, sent me a broken treadmill so I retuned it with no refund, now they sending debt collectors after me, disgusting, fraudulent company! Don’t respond to emails either, absolute joke! It’s been going on for years now!

I was looking for manuals and nutrition guides for my vibration plate. Kelsie was very helpful in helping me get them.. She sent them to my email. I was very pleased.

On Saturday evening I reported a broken paddle to Bluefin, early on Sunday I had and reply from the company and by lunchtime a replacement part had been ordered for me, What brilliant customer service.
