My machine didn’t work fine, and after sending an vídeo, the was change the machine without problem. Real good service!

We ordered the Bluefin 4D vibrating plate which is sold at c. £389 so really one of the most expensive on the market. Once you see the quality of manufacture, it is shocking, dirty, unpolished surface and the performance is so poor. either the manufacturer or the seller or both should be ashamed and should recheck their quality processes. we have a unit we we bought from a different manufacturer at £100 and it is far more powerful

Bought a Bluefin Kick Lite directly from them. It all went fine for 14 months after which time the treadmill died. I contacted their technical support who suggested checking it was plugged in, and to try switching it off and on again. They promised to connect me with their technical team, but I never heard anything.

Experience at its best: I greatly recommend the plate 4D for its efficiency and silence while working; together with the support by the bluefin company, so careful

I purchased a Bluefin vibration plate a few years ago but have lost the power lead and straps for it. I contacted them to ask if I could purchase replacements and they obliged. Very quick to reply to my emails and within a week the leads were posted. I can't recommend Bluefin enough

I experienced an issue with my original Bluefin 4D Vibration Plate a few months after purchase. The problem wasn't mechanical but seemed to be related to the electronic circuits — the display was malfunctioning and the buttons stopped responding. I contacted Bluefin customer support and was very impressed with their quick and professional handling of the situation. After submitting a short video, they promptly arranged a replacement. The new unit arrived quickly and works flawlessly. It’s reassuring to see a company that stands behind its products and offers excellent support. Highly recommended!

Good price and good vibration plate!

I was hoping to order the vibration plate after doing extensive research on all products. This is the one I wanted but Amazon was out. So I contacted the company to ask about U.S. Dollar price, only to learn they no longer ship to the USA !! So disappointing! I will say though, their customer service was excellent as they responded to my email inquiry overnight!! A sign of a great company!

LA Piastra ha sempre funzionato correttamente , dopo pochi mesi dall'acquisto ( febbr. 2023 ) improvvisamente , tutto acceso , ma non vibra piu .Ho provato a contattarvi per sapere dove fosse possibile farla visionare e ripararla . L'unica risposta avuta e stata nella sua zona ( lodi --LODI ) non ci sono tecnici idonei per la riparazione .
Domanda dove posso portarla per la riparazione ?

Really pleased at how quickly Bluefin was able to replace the hand control for the vibration plate. Had the existing one about 15 years or so and the button was worn out. I use it for 10 minutes twice a day after finding, at the age of 89 I started to have difficulty in walking very far so rather than resort to a walking stick decided to give the machine a go. So pleased with the result. Problem resolved and walking has improved .

Had vibration plate for 8 weeks now and have used it daily it has not aided in any weight loss but has definitely toned. Giving a 3 because it has now stopped working and I’m awaiting replacement… 8 weeks of daily use should not be stopping the machine from working. Amazon is replacing the product but if it does it again I’m not sure I will have another

I bought a blue fin Water rower.
the product is very good value, arrived in good time, works extremely well. Definitely feel the exercise!
build well, solid construction and folds nicely to put away (if I ever do!).
Good app to go with it. The only issue was they are out of ipad holders which was important. But they gave me a partial refund allowing me to buy one.
Very responsive to emails.
