A really good level of customer service. Still support me 18 months after purchase. Not many companies would these days! Great work Blue Whale spa

1st Time Spa buyer, did the usual research but ended up following a friends recommendation who has had their BlueWhaleSpa for over a decade! Saw a deal online and called, had nowhere to put it yet but they were ok to hold it for a deposit, 3ish months went by with the occasional polite phone call “don’t forget you tub” haha. Pulled the trigger, called one day, paid and booked delivery/install, really nice simple instructions to ensure smooth install (I just uploaded a video walking the route with a tape). Delivery and install went perfectly despite a challenging squeeze, coffee and bacon reward for the guys as they were brilliant. The performance of the Spa is incredible and to call me several months later to check up on how we were getting on was a nice surprise. Their guides for looking after water quality really took the white lab coat off looking after one of these bad boys too. Definitely recommend service and product, top notch!

We purchased a St Marks Bay hot tub from Blue Whale 3years ago and are delighted with it. Showroom staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the engineers who carry out the annual service are always very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We had been searching for months for a hot tub, overwhelmed by the vast options and uncertain where to begin. Fortunately, we decided to visit a showroom and chose Blue Whale. Since we had never owned a hot tub before, we were unsure how to start our search. That's when Andrew stepped in to assist us.

Andrew guided us through all the available options, explaining what to look for in a hot tub and providing valuable insights. It took us some time to find the perfect one, but Andrew and the team offered excellent support throughout the entire process. Even when we needed to change the delivery date, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The installation team were brilliant as well. They explained and demonstrated everything we needed to know about operating and maintaining our new hot tub.

We cannot thank the entire team enough for their exceptional service. We will definitely use Blue Whale again and have already recommended them to our friends

We received our new hot tub — the Catalina IV-C in black — on Wednesday, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Fiona provided exceptional customer care, attending to every detail with professionalism and kindness. She was incredibly organised and made the whole process seamless.
From placing the order to delivery, it took just about a week and a half — impressively quick! The delivery team arrived on time and were polite, helpful, and very considerate, especially when navigating the tub through our neighbour’s garden. Their respect for surrounding property was much appreciated.
The setup was straightforward. I was initially a bit concerned about managing the chemicals, but Fiona reassured me, and she was right — it’s been manageable. The YouTube videos provided by Blue Whale Spa were incredibly helpful and far easier to follow than the manuals. I’d highly recommend that Blue Whale Spa actively promote these videos to new customers — they make the learning curve much smoother.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Fiona explained the difference between different hot tubs as we were unsure what we wanted . We were kept informed of delivery details and what we needed to provide regarding delivery access. Our 5 seater spa is absolutely fantastic. Having had blow up hot tubs previously we don’t know why we never bought a solid one before. I purchased the hot tub via Costco. The link was seemless with Blue Whale who contacted me within 48hrs. Blue Whale went through what they required from me and we arranged a day. On the day the team were on time and very efficient. The route to my garden was not easy but the lads just got on with it.
I did have an issue a few weeks later, called Blue Whale who arranged for technicians to attend the next day. Replacement cover lifter was required, a manufacturing fault and was duly installed. A few extra items for maintenance were also gifted, a nice touch. The technician also spent time running through the controls again. These lads were excellent. Unforeseen’s can happen, it’s how a company deals with them is that matters. Excellent service all round. Top class company.

It all happened so quickly(inside 7 days from order to installation) as well which was fantastic as we needed it in for an event.

We bought a Clearwater Plus ex demonstration hot tub, were fully informed of its features, and it was delivered on time to our garden. We were happy to install it ourselves as we have worked in the industry, and the sole problem was a leak from a loose pipe fitting after transit, that was easily tightened up. The control panel heater and jets work well and we are very happy with it over 1 year later. A good tub at a good price, We appreciated the 12 month's interest free credit.

First of all the installation service was great and we are extremely happy with our hot tub. As a new hot tub owner I have contacted the Blue Whale Spa customer technical helpline via live chat on a couple of occasions and have found that they are very quick to respond and provide very clear and concise answers. What a great experience from beginning to end. From the initial contact with Fiona (who literally will do anything for you). No question is to small and she will always contact you back and give you advice. The guys who delivered it, Mark and Tony delivered it with great care and got straight on with it. It’s a great company and you are not just passed to a big number of sale advisors so it feels like a personal experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing your hot tub through Blue Whale Spa. Andrew Brunton was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, ensuring I selected the perfect model to suit my specific needs—particularly limited side access and a below-ground installation.

One standout feature was the ability to share a video of the installation site, which made communication seamless and helped Andrew provide tailored advice. He also offered invaluable guidance on constructing a ramp to safely position the spa in its final location.

The hot tub arrived right on schedule, and the delivery team was fantastic. Thanks to the thorough pre-installation checks, everything went smoothly without a hitch.

As for the product itself, I’m extremely pleased. It’s clearly well-built, with excellent insulation and all functions performing exactly as expected. Very competively priced with brilliant customer care. Worth noting that their online documentation is outstanding, covering every aspect of ownership—from pre-installation and chemical usage to maintenance and operation.

Blue whale spa customer service is easy to contact via WhatsApp, which works well. Highly knowledgeable customer support. We would highly recommend these hot tubs. We have had ours for over seven years without a problem always works 100% being economical to use as well. High quality components installed.
