Great customer service
I have bought two pairs of glasses from this company and have been happy with both pairs, however a couple weeks after receiving the first pair the arm had broken. I was gutted but got put in touch with Lewis and Kathy from Blu and they were great at getting a replacement pair sent asap. Very happy with service

Ordered the Roman silver blue light glasses but got send the wrong ones. Emailed costumer services and got it rectified very fast.

Blue light blocking glasses
Recently bought some blue light blocking glasses. Were really good for the first week but broke in the second week. Very disappointed.
After posting the above review was contacted by customer care at blu. who are sending out replacement glasses. 👍 exceptional customer care.

Thank you for your feedback - I see from previous correspondence you were not happy having to pay the return postage. We do apologize for this but it is in line with our competitors and helps to keep costs down. I am sorry you feel we did not give 100% customer satisfaction. Your account has now been refunded.

They are nice but a bit flimsy
They are nice and the lenses are really good. I can’t watch TV without this protection or work on my computer. My eyes hurt really bad and when i use the glasses I don’t feel any discomfort. I gave 4 stars because they are very flimsy, the frames and the lenses move a bit. I think they might fall. Other than that the lenses are really good

I am so sorry you feel you have to give 1* review - unfortunately you did not put your house number on the delivery information so the courier was unable to deliver them. I tried to message/email you several times to get the missing information but you did not reply.
