Great product and fantastic customer service. Promptly responded to my texts and took care of the minor issue in a MAJOR way. Went above and beyond the level of expectation to correct the problem. This is how customer service should be handled!
I highly recommend these products, not only for their form and function, but for the responsiveness of their customer service.

Excellent product. It moves quite a bit in the wind, but it's very well made. The base is big, but necessary.

We bought a 9 ft 2 Tier umbrella and had no problems with shipping and umbrella and stand were as advertised. Very happy with the transaction and product.

Quick delivery, easy assembly, a very solid monster rectangle cantilever umbrella does exactly what we need it to do. It's easy to move with the sun, holds strong in the wind and looks elegant when open or closed.

The umbrella is GREAT. does a great job. Easy to use. Easy to assemble.

I changed my mind 2 times on color of my umbrella, support staff very helpful although response is always a 12-18 hour delay. Because of that I haven’t assembled the umbrella yet. Looking forward to doing that!

I ordered. 10’ x 13’ umbrella that shipped and arrived surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, it came with no hardware (literally only the umbrella and the crossbars for the stand) and there is no customer service number. They gave a number to text and an email address. I did both and eventually got responses from both. After a couple of weeks I did finally receive all of the parts and it is a nice umbrella.

Products were just as expected, but communication about delivery was a little lacking. All in all everything worked out fine.

I ordered a large umbrella base to go with our Bluu umbrella that we love. Had a few issues with it at the beginning. I gotta say, Bluu's customer service is awesome! They responded promptly and walked us through everything and never dropped the ball. Made sure we were satisfied. How cool is that these days!? I will definitely use this company in the future...

The umbrella is very good quality and the the storage bag was a welcomed surprise. Dealing with customer service at first, there was some misunderstanding and frustration but ultimately made me feel satisfied at the end. The customer service person was always polite and courteous.

First, let me say the only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the fact there is no telephone customer support, which makes it exceedingly difficult and time consuming to go back and forth over a period of days to correct a problem that could be solved in ten minutes or less over the phone. Having said that, I have only good things to say about the way my problem was dealt with by NOMAN AA, my support associate. He was very helpful, exceedingly polite and sympathetic. Knowing one of my concerns dealt with a timing element--needing to receive the product in anticipation of a certain event. He wasted no time in expediting matters to speed the process. If only all customer support individuals had the same attention and care for details as NOMAN, the consumer world would be a happier place!

I received the box in a timely manner...it was right at 6 business days to get it. No problems there (we live about as far as you can get from Los Angeles in the US). It took me a while to get around to building it though - lots of things on my plate at the moment (including building the pool fence!)

Overall, I am very happy with the box and I think it feels sturdy and of sufficient quality to last for a while. I will say that if you get in a groove and put the ends of the box on without putting the metal rods in...they are nearly impossible to remove! I was able to get that corrected. The only thing I screwed up during installation was slipping inside the box while I was screwing on the hinges for the lid (it was 95+ degrees and about the same humidity...just awful!). As a result, I bent one of the rods. It bent back into shape, but unfortunately it won't be as strong as it should be - and that was my fault.

My feedback/recommendations for bluu are twofold: first, my biggest complaint was that the screws weren't magnetic. I had just finished building 180 feet of fenceline (a LOT of screws) so I was in the groove of picking up the screws with my drill and being able to hold them in place on the bit. That was not the case with these...I had to pick them up with my fingers and then get them to stay before I drilled them in...kind of a pain and I would have gladly paid an extra $5 or whatever for screws that were magnetic.

Second, some of the screw holes stripped out very easily when I put the screw into them, especially on the hinge. I didn't overtorque them by any means - I was actually very careful and about 3 or 4 of the screws simply didn't "bite" in the hole and freely turned once screwed in. Not the end of the world, but still, it was odd that it happened that many times, especially when I was taking care not to strip out the holes.

Finally, on a QA/QC note, one of the screws had no threads. Luckily, there were extra screws, but that was really odd.

In conclusion, do I like the box and think it's a high quality deck box? Yes. Would I recommend it to family and friends? Yes. In fact, I'm actually thinking about buying a second one for my porch. There are some very minor improvements (as mentioned above) that could be made, but otherwise, it's very straightforward and the assembly was easy. Being an author and publisher, I also have to compliment you on your choice of paper for the instructions and other paperwork. Very nice and quality!

Overall - I 100% recommend both the product and the company (Full transparency: I do not work for bluu, nor do I know anyone who works for them, nor am I being compensated for this review...I'm simply a happy customer who bought one of their boxes after seeing their post on Facebook).

Great umbrella wonderful quality. Damaged in shipping but Norman was great and took care of the process. Would buy again.
