In a world of "instant everything", we forget that custom pieces take longer. The quality of the product I ordered FAR exceeded my expectations & was well worth the wait. BM Gifts also responded in a timely manner to my questions regarding shipping. I WILL be ordering from them again.

The BBC tumbler was great.
I ordered a purse for a friend. They left off her name, sent 2 the same.
When I questioned them about the leather construction, their reply was in the description it states PU leather (fake leather) poly something leather.
They did not address the duplication, they did not address leaving off the personalized name.
The website is very hard to use.
User friendly NOT AT ALL.
I need to quite ordering on line!
Their final remark was I got what I ordered case closed

I wrote a review that some of you read. I thought I would never get my order and was unhappy about the lack of communication. It did finally arrived, so now I know they are a legitimate company. I do love the clutch I bought for a friend and she loved it as well. In fact, she cried when she saw it with her dog's names and her name on it. I am now ordering one for a different friend for her birthday.

The good deals and prices of things , very good quality items and very satisfied

Purchased a custom wallet for my wife. The zipper stalls a quarter of the way and there’s smudges on the photos printed to the wallet. I contacted the company and their only willing to give me 15% of my money back for a product they should’ve inspected prior to being sent out.
Website return policy states they will give FULL refunds if product is damaged or doesn’t arrive. So why are they trying to low ball me with 15% back? Not professional and very unsatisfied with this business.

My husband purchased my purse for me for Christmas. I absolutely LOVE it. The quality is great and I would highly encourage anyone looking to order!

We paid 50.00 for a purse and never received it. I have emailed them over and over and have received no acknowledgment of my emails. They just stole our money. Stay far

I ordered two personalized pet purses. One for me and one for a friend. I absolutely love mine and when I gave my friend hers it brought tears to her eyes. She loved it. Such detail in the purse. Love love love them.

I ordered the puppies pictures on the purses for all the gals in my family for Christmas, they all Loved their purses, I also included the pups that passed away, and the ladies just Loved that! Also made a great memory for them, I will buy from this company again!

Any company that doesn't even offer a phone number to call for assistance with their order is shady! Won't ever purchase from this company again.

I`m giving them a 1 star & I shouldn`t even give them that. I ordered a purse on December 3,2022. Never got an email or anything but they damn sure got their money from my bank account. I emailed them & I have NOT received an email back in no response of a tracking number or ANYTHING. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from this company. They don`t even have a phone number on their website & oh, DON`T TRY TO EMAIL THEM.

I never received my product but my charge card was charged.

They Don't return emails and No Customer Service phone number at all.
This has been a Big Waiste of time and money and now with have to contact my bank to get my money Refunded!
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BIG SCAM COMPANY!

I ordered mine back on 10/8 still nothing i get tracking updates but yet it seems to sit at a "facility" now going on 3 weeks and UPS is the one that is "suppose" to pick up. Now we all know UPS is not going to let a package sit that wrong unless the tracking system is all bogus!!

I ordered a purse for my sister on Oct 28 2022. She still has not received the package. I never got a trace number and have emailed them several times and had no response.
