I absolutely love my new wallet,it is even lovelier than the picture.I am tempted to now buy the habdbag.

Shocking unethical company prey on people's emotions purchasing memorial gifts for lost loved ones .I never received my item was never offered any refund .no recompense at all .their items are not cheap. Its not the money its the anticipation of receiving the goods that are so special to people grieving

1 star is honestly being generous, I paid £30 for a purse that turned up with no zip tab (the bit you use to pull the zip open and closed) I reported it to Best Memorial gifts and they wanted to refund me £3

I advised this was unacceptable as the purse is unusable and should have been picked up in their quality control, so they offered me a £6 refund. A partial refund on a £30 item that is unusable due to their error is not acceptable

I was advised a replacement was "too complicated as it was time consuming" but if I would return the item they would review it and make a decision. Why would I pay out more money to your scam of a company to review an error you made and refuse to rectify

I never say this as like to give the benefit of a doubt but I would honestly avoid at all costs it's not worth the hassle for the awful customer service.
